​I recently visited Lucia Clinic in Dubai for two different procedures with Dr. Burcu, and I wanted to share my honest experience regarding the clinic, the staff, and the treatments. ​The Atmosphere & Staff ​First and foremost, the vibe of Lucia Clinic is absolutely amazing. The space is incredibly clean, beautiful, and welcoming. I absolutely love the staff—everyone was professional and attentive from the moment I walked in. ​A special shoutout goes to Dr. Burcu. She is wonderful! I tend to get quite nervous before procedures, but she completely calmed my anxiety. She takes the time to thoroughly explain every single step of the process, which made me feel incredibly comfortable and safe in her hands. ​The Procedures & Results ​Procedure 1: Moxi Laser ​Cost: ~4,000 AED ​Verdict: Honestly, I didn't get the expected results from this treatment. Given the price point, I was hoping for a bit more of a noticeable difference, but unfortunately, it fell a bit short for me. ​Procedure 2: Ultherapy ​Cost: Over 16,000 AED ​Verdict: This is a major investment, and while I can't definitively say if the results will be amazing just yet, I am optimistic. Ultherapy takes about 3 months to fully show results, so I am currently playing the waiting game. ​Final Thoughts ​While my first procedure didn't quite deliver the results I wanted, the exceptional patient care, Dr. Burcu's comforting bedside manner, and the pristine environment still make Lucia Clinic stand out. If you are looking for a clinic that treats you well and explains your treatments thoroughly, this is definitely the place. ​I will gladly update my review in a few months once the Ultherapy results kick in!

I have researched in Thermage for a long time. After reached out to many clinics and hospitals, only Lucia has the machine I am requesting- Thermage FLX( 5th generation). I did the treatment here at Lucia Clinic today. It was a painful but definitely worthwhile experience. We had some miscommunication about price. But the manager handled it well. I am happy with the result. Jelly was my therapist, she did my treatment with profession. I appreciate how she interacted with me. I listed some questions and points for the treatment. She patiently explained well to me and made the process so much easier. After all, it was a pleasant experience with Jelly, at Lucia.

I had an amazing experience! My skin is very sensitive and prone to rosacea, so I am extremely careful with any treatments. A Hydrafacial was something my dermatologist recommended. And I’m so happy I chose Lucia clinic! The treatment was comfortable, and my skin felt clean, hydrated, and calm afterward - no irritation, which is always my biggest concern. Doctor Lucy also went through my skincare routine in detail and gave very helpful advice as my cheeks have been a bit dry while my t-zone is more oily, and she explained how to properly care for this combination without over-drying certain areas while still exfoliating enough. Absolutely happy with the results!
