Three ways to prove the clinic is yours. Take whichever you can.
Your page shows which one you passed, so a patient can see the difference between a clinic that answered its licensed phone line and one that sent an email.
A code to the register's own number
We call or text the number your health authority published for you — never one typed into a form. Answer it and you are verified in a minute. That is the strongest proof there is, and it is why patients can trust the badge.
A code to your clinic domain
An email on your clinic website's domain, as we hold it on record: your activation page names the domain. Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook and the rest are not accepted for ownership, and without a website on record this route is not offered.
Your registration certificate
If the register holds no number for you, or you no longer use it, send your licence or company registration with a WhatsApp number and business email. A person checks it against the register entry, usually within a working day. We never ask for a passport or an ID card, and the file is deleted once checked.
What verification unlocks on Free
Until we confirm the page is yours, Free is photos and profile only — 0 offers, inbox view-only. After verification you get 7 days of offer publishing and exactly one patient reply. When that ends, Gold or Elite keep publishing and replying open.
What happens to your licence badge
The badge is computed from the register, not from your subscription. We re-import each register when it is republished. If your facility stops appearing, its page and badge go with it. Email us and we cancel your plan, so you are not charged for a claim we can no longer support. If it reappears, so do the page and the badge.
