How we confirm the page is yours

We start with the strongest check and only fall back if it fails. Nobody can claim a facility they have no access to.

  1. 01Code to your registered phone

    We call or text the number the ministry published for your facility — not one you type in. That is what makes it proof. Takes about two minutes.

  2. 02Email at your clinic's domain

    If your website domain matches the facility, we can send the code there instead.

  3. 03Document review

    If the registered number is out of date, send your yetki belgesi, imza sirküleri and the signatory's ID. We review within three working days.

  4. 04Code by post

    A last resort if nothing else works: we post a code to your registered address.

What happens to your licence badge

The badge is computed from the ministry register, not from your subscription. We re-import the register each time it is republished. If your facility stops appearing, the badge is suspended and we pause your billing rather than charge you for a claim we can no longer support. If it reappears, so does the badge.
