During our trip to Istanbul we had a dental emergency. My 7 year old boy cried all night with toothache and I did a quick Google research to find a dentist to help him- that's how I found this place, decided to go as they had good reviews. What a mistake that was. We paid to be seen, the dentist saw my little boy, she took his old feeling out said he needed a root canal treatment but she wasn't able to do it as she was finishing early on that day. We had 2 days in Istanbul, and now drilled tooth. She said she can put in temporary filling and I believe zink oxide ( which she called sophisticated material) but we had to agree to pay 5600 lira if we wanted her to close the tooth. Otherwise she would just leave it as it was - she said that was their policy. We realised we were getting robbed off but in this situation we had no other option. The temporary feeling came out the next day. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Just to add, while we waited, my boy was crying in pain, we were moved from waiting room to waiting room because he was bothering them. Really not a pleasant experience. Would not go back and would not recommend.

I went to this hospital for implants and prosthetics. Dr. Atakan did the implants, and I was very satisfied; I thank him. However, I was not at all satisfied with the prosthetics done on my lower jaw. I had paid a total of 192,000 TL for the implants and prosthetics. Six implants were done on my upper jaw. I said I wanted to have the prosthetic done elsewhere and requested a refund of the 81,000 TL I had paid for the prosthetics, which they did. Today, I went to have the healing abutments for the implants I had already paid for fitted. They asked for 4,800 TL for these abutments. I said I had already paid for the implants and didn't want to pay again. The official, whose name I remember as Selman, told me that if I had the prosthetic done here, they wouldn't charge this amount, but if I had it done elsewhere, they wouldn't fit the healing abutments unless I paid this amount. So I left the hospital. They are literally treating people like fools.

I've been receiving orthodontic treatment at Biruni Dental Hospital for some time now, and so far I'm very satisfied. My doctor, Sena Camcıoğlu Yurtseven, is truly a warm and welcoming person; she greets me with a smile every time I go, making even going to appointments enjoyable. She also genuinely knows her job, explaining everything step-by-step and patiently answering all my questions. Even if you're afraid of dentists, you feel comfortable around her. I'm very lucky to have met such a caring and skilled doctor. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

I went to a hospital for my daughter's dental treatment, and because the treatment was performed by 5th-grade students, there was no charge. Of course, you can also have it done by a specialist for a fee. I chose this option because my daughter was very scared, but she overcame her fear and saw that there was nothing to be afraid of. The student doctors' approach, attitude, and conversation were excellent; my daughter immediately warmed to the environment. I highly recommend it; I was very satisfied.
