was seen by sumaiyah and she did a great job 🥰 my previous dentist told me i had holes in my teeth which they refused to fill because the holes were “too small” however i kept having constant pain in my teeth which would not go. i went to sumaiyah and it turns out i didn’t even have any holes, just some tartar buildup and inflamed gums, she cleaned my teeth and told me to use warm saltwater and interdental brushes. i did that as soon as i got home and already i can feel an improvement!

I am very disappointed with my experience at this dental practice. My initial check-up lasted less than 10 minutes, and the dentist failed to identify one of the teeth that needed a filling, which made me lose confidence in the assessment. I called the following day to request a second opinion from another dentist within the practice. The receptionist first gave inconsistent information about which dentists carry out check-ups and then told me I could not book with another dentist because I had already had a check-up. After making me wait around three hours for a callback, I was told that the original dentist would simply review my X-rays again and discuss the results over the phone. I don’t understand why I was not allowed to see another dentist for a second opinion. As a patient, I should have the right to seek reassurance if I am not confident in my initial examination. Overall, I found the examination rushed, the communication inconsistent, and the customer service disappointing.

Please read the honest review before even go to this clinic . And trust me it’s the worst place I could ever been . Parents with kids do not go in there . Staff is been miserable , disrespectful. Especially the dentist i have seen today I have been there with my child. I made an appointment I clearly specified that my has was in pain because of decay. Anyway I been there the dentist that has been seeing my child has not even introduced himself, he was in rush everything went in less than 5 minutes. Basically asking why I was coming I said is because child has pain and he looked at him for 1 minute we are talking a 4 year child and he did not even said a simple HI to the child when we know most children are scared he said just to sit him on that chair or whatever is was so unprofessional, his attitude was unbelievable saying why my child has decay ? Well I said it might be because he eats sweets and he said “who gives the sweets?” And I said me ! And we’ll it’s your mistake you have to take the blame. Even that nurse she said in romanian and laughed haha well it’s your mistake that you give him sweets. After he said you child has an infection needs antibiotics, and then we need to putting him to sleep and remove the teeth’s without any hesitation and I have explained that I do not wish to do that as my son has a allergy history since he is 6 months old. And of course the nurse said “explain what meaning of putting to sleep mean “ like I don’t understand that he needs anesthesia….Then the dentist said he can’t do anything for him we been left like this . And I asked so the infection how we are dealing with it? No it will eventually go away. So at the beginning you said he needs antibiotics then he doesn’t it will go away.

I saw Dr Simmon for my appointment today and I had such a pleasant experience. She was lovely and I didn’t feel any discomfort! She definitely knows what she’s doing! Looking forward to seeing her again in 6 months for my check up :)
