Recently visited Banning Dental on Harley Street for a consultation for my Composite Bonding & Whitening. DR Nermin and my TC Beth have been amazing, explained everything so well and have made the treatment plan very simple to understand, looking forward to getting started and the end results!

AVOID BANNING DENTAL GROUP AT ALL COSTS! APPALLING SERVICE. Hi there, I had an appalling experience with Banning Dental Group Blackfriars branch. I had Invisalign, composite bonding and a root canal done there, all of which were carried out poorly, as if by amateur doctors. Second opinions from three other well-established dentists from Central London have all confirmed deficiencies in all three treatments. On top of that, when I complained about composite bonding in February 2026, the clinic and the treating doctor ignored my concerns completely and refused to engage with me and my complaint for several months. Involving the Dental Complaints Service (DCS) was also a nightmare. First, the DCS officer who was supposed to deal with my complaint, ignored in for a month. When finally they got it registered and assigned it a number, as they are paid by the dentists themselves, if felt that they did all in their power to delay things, not responding to my emails and calls, not providing updates and generally delaying the resolution of the case. I finally got my refund from the treating doctor’s insurers for composite bonding after more than 7 and a half months. Even my GDPR request to the clinic (known as data subject access request, or DSAR) made in February 2026, which is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT to fulfil, was completely ignored and after more than 9 months (I raised s DSAR at the beginning of February 2026) they still have not fulfilled their legal obligation to provide me with all my data and medical notes. Simply APPALING AND UNACCEPTABLE QUALITY OF SERVICE. MOREOVER, THEY OVERCHARGED ME BY £140 FOR A NUMBER OF SERVICES, HAVE NOT EXPLAINED THE DISCREPANCY AND ARE STILL NOT ENGAGING WITH MY SECOND COMPLAINT. HORRIBLE COMPANY, WHICH SEEM TO BE FULL OF INCOMPETENT MANAGERS AND DENTISTS. AVOID ENGAGING WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, AS YOU WILL BE SPENDING YOUR VALUABLE TIME, MONEY AND WELLBEING ON A BUNCH OF PEOPLE WHO DO NOT DESERVE ANY OF THIS. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
