My experience at Vinci Hair Clinic London was amazing from start to finish! Dr Jennifer was extremely professional, helpful, caring, and understanding. She took the time to explain the entire process clearly at every stage, making sure I felt comfortable and reassured throughout. A special thank you to the fantastic technician team — Mohammed (Mo), Alex, Goldie, Mahesh, and Sagun. They were all incredibly calm, professional, and reassuring. Having such a big procedure can be quite daunting, but they made me feel at ease, helped calm my nerves, and supported me throughout the entire process with their kindness and professionalism. The whole team at Vinci Hair Clinic made me feel welcome and well looked after, from the reception staff right through to the surgeon. The hospitality, care, and professionalism shown by everyone were outstanding. I would 100% recommend Vinci Hair Clinic to anyone considering this procedure. From the initial consultaion Vinci stood out amongst the other clinics in terms of professionalism, attention to my concerns and questions, communication and to be honest price. I was guided through the process by Neil, who clearly knew what he was talking about and worked with me to address my concerns and explain the process and the procedure thoroughly so that I knew exactly what was going on and didn’t have any anxiety as to the process. On the day the clinic was easy to find. I was greeted by friendly staff right from the receptionist through to the surgeon and the entire team. The premise itself was clean and professional. Dr Amoah was absolutely amazing. Clearly very knowledgeable and experienced and professional. She was pleasent to talk to. Very kind and polite and made the whole thing even easier. During the procedure the team in the clinic were brilliant. Professional and friendly and I was at ease during the whole process. Once I was finished all the after care was explained to me thoroughly and I left feeling happy about the day and that i’d made the right decision. Now I am roughly 2 weeks post op and am happy with the results so far. The aftercare has been brilliant and they have continued to show an interest and communicate promply with me after I have paid and been out the door, which has not been my experience from other clinics when my Wife has had procedures with different companies. All in all I was more than happy with every stage using Vinci Clinics and would happily recommend them to anyone. Usually I only bother doing reviews when things have gone badly, but I feel they deserve a review for their excellent service and customer care. Especially from Neil.

Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-tier hair restoration. Big shout out to Mo, Rachel, Alison and dr Amoha there just the names I know the whole team was brilliant! I also want to address some of the negative comments regarding graft numbers and hairlines. I can assure you that the clinic is completely honest about graft counts. The final number depends entirely on an individual's unique donor area, genetics, and lifestyle factors—not the clinic. Furthermore, the consultants never rush the process; they are truly world-class professionals, which is exactly why high-profile individuals and celebrities trust them. As for the critiques about hairlines not looking perfectly symmetrical or matching personal preferences right away, you have to consider a multitude of medical and facial factors. The team designs the best possible hairline for your specific facial structure, and any perceived imperfections are usually down to realistic individual healing limits rather than the clinic's fault. If you want your hair restored properly, this is the absolute best investment you can make.

In August 2025 I had a hair transplant at the Vinci Hair Clinic in Harley Street, London. The team were great, very professional taking the time to explain everything and ensuring I was comfortable and relaxed throught the whole process of around 6 hours. The procedure itself was not as painful as people have told me it would be. Lidocaine was used to numb the area. Post procedure care was also great, making sure I had the knowledge and supporting items to manage the recovery at home. I had the procedure on a Friday and returned to work on the following Monday. Vinci have always been quick to respond to queries and concerns that I had in the early days and even now a year later check in to monitor my progress (which has been great) and to offer advice on how to continue the success of the treatment. If I needed another hair transplant in the future I wouldn't hesitate and I would be straight back to Vinci to get the procedure done!!

Dr. Amoha was outstanding. He explained the whole procedure clearly, answered every question I had, and made me feel completely confident going in. You can tell he really knows his craft and takes pride in his work. A huge thank you as well to the technicians, Goldie, Sama and Rachel. They were incredibly professional, careful and precise throughout, and they kept checking that I was comfortable during what is a long day. They were also genuinely warm and friendly, which made the whole experience feel relaxed rather than clinical. The hospitality was excellent from the moment I walked in. I felt well cared for, never rushed, and fully supported with aftercare advice. I'd highly recommend Vinci Hair Clinic and this team to anyone considering a beard transplant.
