The team were extremely professional and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really helped me feel comfortable and confident about the process. The level of care and attention to detail throughout was excellent. One of the things that really stood out to me was the communication. The team were always available and very responsive — any questions or queries I had were answered quickly through personal WhatsApp messages, which made the whole experience feel very supportive and reassuring. The procedure itself was smooth and well organised, and the staff made sure I was looked after at every stage. It’s clear they have a lot of expertise and experience in what they do. I’m really pleased with the results so far, and although it’s still early days, I’m excited to see the final outcome over the coming months. Overall, I would highly recommend DHI London to anyone considering a hair restoration procedure. The professionalism, care, and ongoing support have been excellent from start to finish. I recently had a DHI hair transplant with Dr. Edward last Saturday, and I wanted to share my experience. From the initial consultation through to the procedure day, everything was handled very professionally. Dr. Edward took the time to explain the process clearly, set realistic expectations, and answered all my questions without rushing. That gave me a lot of confidence going into the surgery. On the day itself, the team was well-organised and supportive. The procedure went smoothly, and Dr. Edward was very attentive to detail, especially with the design and placement of the grafts. I appreciated that he focused on creating a natural look rather than overpromising density. Post-op instructions were clear, and the clinic has been responsive with follow-ups, which is reassuring during the recovery phase. It’s still early days for results, but based on the experience so far, I’m very satisfied and happy about everything

Had my hair transplant back in January for a two day giga session. All the staff and doctors were fantastic. They've been in touch since my surgery several times to see how things are going. I'm amazed at the results and it's only been 5 months. My confidence has grown so much. Totally reccomend this practice there's no need to go anywhere else

I had my procedure done yesterday and as a clinician myself I felt it necessary to leave a review at this early stage, I don’t know yet how the hair transplant will progress but the early signs are encouraging for sure. The purpose of the review is to praise the human connection and the excellent service I have received so far, Kate from day one has been exceptional and organised everything, Dr Hala Egmati who conducted the procedure was attentive and reassuring over the whole of yesterday’s procedure. Beverly and Susan as well for taking care of me. This is a huge decision for anyone to make, all I can say is you cannot go wrong here! These guys are the absolute best
