I had my hair transplant here a month ago. I had my doubts and was consulted by the Doctor herself and explained all my concerns and gave detailed information throughout the process that helped to put my mind at ease, I appreciate that the consultation was done by the doctor and not just a consultant. There are no bandages and less than 5 days of downtime. The whole experience was Smooth and the staff members were professional and praise worthy overall,now waiting for the final results.

I had 3,000 grafts at a cost of about £10,000. I was told that it would take 9-12 months to see the maximum benefit. After 3 months i tried to complain as the result was like an island of hair way back from my forehead. When i finally got a response after several chasing messages i was given no support or after care. After a year it still looked terrible and all i got was negative and humiliating responses from friends and colleagues. It was so bad that i ended up looking into having the procedure reversed. Ultimately i had to pay for 2 more procedures elsewhere. Dont go here.
