I recently had my hair transplant at MedArt Hair Clinic, and I would like to share my experience so far. From the very beginning, the communication with the clinic was excellent. The coordinators were helpful, polite, patient and always answered my questions clearly. They gave me all the necessary information before my arrival and helped me feel more relaxed about the procedure. When I arrived at the clinic, I was welcomed warmly and treated professionally by the whole team. The clinic was clean, modern and well organised. The staff explained every stage of the procedure to me, and I felt that I was in safe and experienced hands throughout the day. The medical team worked very carefully and professionally. They took their time with the design of my hairline and listened to what I wanted. I appreciated that they did not rush the process and made sure I understood everything before starting. During the procedure, the staff regularly checked how I was feeling and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. The first days after the operation were naturally a little difficult, but the clinic continued to support me after I returned home. My post-operative coordinator has stayed in contact with me, checked my recovery, reviewed my photos and answered all my questions. This ongoing support has been very important to me because it has helped me feel calm and confident during the healing process. At this early stage, everything appears to be healing normally, and I am very satisfied with the care and service I have received. Of course, the final result of a hair transplant takes many months to develop, so I will update my review in the future when I can properly assess the final growth and density. Based on my experience so far, I can honestly recommend MedArt Hair Clinic for their professionalism, communication, organisation and excellent post-operative support. What impressed me most was the aftercare: they didn’t just finish the treatment and send me on my way, they checked in constantly, reassured me, and made sure I understood exactly how to look after myself once I left. My experience was exceptional from start to finish. The airport pickup was seamless, and the hotel choice was ideal. The pre-operative process was well-organized, and I appreciated the clear explanations provided by the medical team. Although I was a bit nervous on the day of the operation, the doctor's professionalism and expertise quickly put me at ease. The results of the procedure are outstanding, and I'm particularly grateful for the attention to detail shown by the doctor and her team. The aftercare was also excellent, with a thorough follow-up the next day.

I had been considering going to Turkey for what would be my second hair transplant for quite some time. There are many clinics there, but the consistently high scored reviews drew me to MedArt. I researched lots of clinics, but MedArt stood out as having great results and lots of genuine feedback from their clients. I decided to book with them, and I had my procedure on 29th June 2026. From start to finish, the whole experience has been fantastic. I was initially in contact with Adem through WhatsApp. His communication was clear, and he replied instantly to every query that I had. From landing in Istanbul, I was made to feel like a priority. The night before my procedure, I was introduced to Rose on WhatsApp. Like Adem, she was extremely professional and responsive. When I arrived at the clinic, I was impressed with how modern it was. It was also extremely clean, in every single area. My surgeon was Dr Büşra Yakupoğlu. After having my bloods checked, I went into a consultation room with her. She instantly put me at ease, and I could tell that she was a complete professional. Her English was really impressive, and she answered every query that I had with incredible detail. I was also really impressed at how honest she was about the results I could expect. She instantly built trust with me, and I was very grateful to have somebody who was both honest and caring. The procedure went very smoothly, with no issues at all. The team all worked hard to keep me comfortable, and they gave me some lunch when needed. When my procedure was finished, I met Rose. Her aftercare was nothing short of phenomenal. She made sure I felt okay and gave me very clear instructions of what I should be doing for the next few days. I was very grateful to have her as a contact, and she replied to any messages that I had instantly. Upon returning to the UK, I also received a prompt check-in from Doğancan, who made the next steps very clear to me. I now feel fully confident that the clinic will care about my results long after I have had my procedure. Overall, I cannot recommend this clinic enough. After already having one previous hair transplant, I can tell that they work to an extremely high quality, and I am so happy with what they have done. I met lots of people from the clinic, and unfortunately I don't know all of their names to thank them personally. But everyone that I encountered was a pleasure to deal with. As mentioned, Adem, Rose and Dr Büşra were all incredible assets to MedArt, and I would really recommend getting in touch with them if you are considering having a hair transplant.
