I had my surgery on 11 April - yesterday marked the 20th day. I can’t put into words how happy I'm with the result. Dr Erhan Coskun was incredibly kind – he answered my endless questions and explained everything thoroughly, which I greatly appreciated! The post-surgery experience was also smooth and easy on my end. I highly recommend him. A big shout-out as well to Ms. Rukiye and Ms. Tugba for their constant availability and kind support.

I had a negative impression of the service and the doctor's assistant, who deliberately ignored all my messages, as well as a request for online consultation with a doctor. A week later, I still hadn't received any response and had to keep looking for another surgeon. Moreover, I dare to suggest that such ignoring of their patients may also appear in the postoperative period.
