The doctor was highly skilled, calm, and took the time to explain the procedure clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence and reassurance. The surgery went smoothly, and the post-operative follow-up was attentive and caring. The clinic staff and coordinators were extremely kind, supportive, and responsive. They were always available to answer questions and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well managed. Accommodation and transfers were also well arranged, which made the whole experience much easier. Overall, we are very satisfied and grateful for the care and professionalism we received. The doctor did an outstanding job – you can immediately tell that he is a true master of his craft and works with meticulous care. From the very beginning, I felt very well cared for at the clinic. The entire team, both at the clinic and in the hospital, was exceptionally friendly, warm, and helpful. All the staff were very kind and made me feel comfortable at all times. I was particularly impressed that the doctor personally came to my hospital room every day, checked on my well-being, and really took the time for me. This attention and care are not something to be taken for granted these days and meant a great deal to me. Despite the challenging phase, I experienced my time at the clinic as very positive and wonderful. There were only minor communication issues with the assistant, but compared to all the positive experiences, that's really just a small thing that's easy to overlook.
