I recently visited this clinic in Istanbul and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with true professionalism and care. The clinic itself is outstanding—clean, modern, and very well organised. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made me feel comfortable at every step. The level of service was genuinely five-star, and you can tell they really care about their patients. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I felt in very good hands throughout. I have absolutely nothing to complain about—I'm extremely satisfied with the results and the overall experience. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering treatment. A big thank you to all the doctors and staff who looked after me—you were truly amazing.

I don’t recommend to this clinic. They charged me for different plan and procedures but applied different and plan and procedures. When during the procedure I discovered this is not what I have been paid and they said laboratory did recommend this procedure that is why we changed the plan and procedures and said they will refund me for the extra charges. However, I came from Canada and this is very disappointing they don’t share what is changed until discovered! I don’t know how many patients paid for one plan and received different procedures. Even there are many things to share about their so called warranty.🤔

Im amazed by the service of the clinic and also the treatment. The doctor was so good, the treatment was excellent, and Eder helped me to arrange it all and make sure I received the best I could get. They are so lucky to have such an handsome and amazing staff like Eder. Thank you so much.
