Exceptional Experience with Dr. Bahar Doğan and her Team From airport pickup to drop-off, my entire experience was seamless and well-coordinated. My liaison, Hasan, communicated with me through WhatsApp and handled everything — appointments, transportation, and scheduling. He speaks excellent English, which made communication easy and comfortable. At the clinic, Fatma ensured I was always on time for my appointments and had everything I needed throughout the process. The team was organized, attentive, and very hospitable. A quick note: medications are paid out of pocket, but there are pharmacies everywhere (literally on every street), and all of my prescriptions for the entire stay cost under $20 USD. If you choose the hotel they recommend, it’s extremely convenient — walking distance to the clinic, shopping malls, high-rise buildings, restaurants, and plenty to do. Everything was within about a 7-minute walk. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast, though we enjoyed trying the many great restaurants nearby. The food was excellent and very affordable. I had extensive dental work completed — 23 teeth was worked on and covered and 1 implant (24 total). The clinic is open until midnight, which is incredible. I arrived on a nighttime flight and was taken straight to the clinic for impressions, photos, and X-rays. The real work began the next day. The main treatment process lasted five days, with the first three being the most intensive. I stayed for seven days total, which allowed time to address any adjustments. They remade my moldings twice because I wasn’t fully comfortable — and they had no problem doing so. They truly encourage you to speak up and make sure everything feels right, especially when traveling from far away and making a significant investment. After the procedure, I experienced some soreness in my gums as they adjusted, but Tylenol or ibuprofen managed it well if taken early. Overall, this was a smooth, professional, and trustworthy experience. I’ve already recommended Dr. Bahar and her team to family and friends. My fiancée will be returning before our wedding because we fully trust this office with such an important procedure. Highly recommended.

I and my wife had teeth implant done at Bahar Dogan clinic in Istanbul. Our consultant and translator was Mark. He was very nice and helpful. He was very fluent in English and helped us every step of the way..The clinic is very clean with modern equipments. The doctors were very professional. We are Very Satisfied with the job they have done. Highly recommended.Make sure to ask for Mark if you need a consultant.

This clinic is a dental mill operating under extreme sales pressure and bullying tactics that caused me significant duress. I paid over ten thousand dollars for a full Hollywood smile that does not meet basic cosmetic dental standards — including an uneven labial plane, black triangles, absent gingival porcelain on the lower bridge, a visibly rotated front tooth, and an occlusal discrepancy that has caused a functional speech impediment. Be aware: as of April 2025, Turkish law requires that all dental clinics serving international patients must hold a valid International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health, must be actively registered on the HealthTürkiye digital portal, and must carry complication insurance for surgical procedures. These credentials are required to be openly displayed. This clinic does not display any of these. A clinic operating without them is doing so illegally under Turkish health tourism law. This clinic is currently under active regulatory investigation brought forward by myself, and I am pursuing a full refund. You can pay the same price at an actual accredited hospital and receive industry standard care with proper documentation, proper credentials, and no pressure tactics. Further, for those who want to know why this clinic is 4.8 stars is because they make you sign an NDA before they release any records. Do not come here. Secondary response to their claim: Thank you for your response. Notably, you have not addressed a single specific deficiency I documented — the uneven labial plane, black triangles, rotated central incisor, absent gingival porcelain, or the occlusal discrepancy causing my speech impediment. You claim to hold an International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate — please post the certificate number so it can be verified on the HealthTürkiye portal, as required by law. This clinic is currently under active investigation by multiple Turkish regulatory bodies including USHAŞ (case number 23309), SABİM, and the Kamu Denetçiliği Kurumu. I stand by every word of my review.

First time in Istanbul Turkey, for a dental procedure from Chicago where prices are 5 times more expensive. I came here after research and a recommendation and so far I'm impressed with Bahar Dogan Dental. They arranged for transportation pickup from the airport, and hotel accommodations. Mohammed, my communications and client services advisor, was attentive, detailed and "hands on" from the initial contact. A live video tour of the clinic was provided while I was still in the USA. Upon my arrival to the clinic, I was more impressed, a new and modern clinic, high tech equipment and just about everything. Skilled personnel for the medical field, from the front desk to the Coffee Shop & Tea free service. Digital dental "impression" was done, and a doctor's consultation followed for a detailed updated analysis. The procedure established; sinus lift both sides, bone graft added, 12 implants (6 upper & 6 lower) and 28 Zirconium Crowns. I was quoted based on the X-RAY pictures I provided while I was in the USA and upon this inspection the price was confirmed exactly as quoted. It included everything from the airport transportation, hotel accommodations, anesthesia, and all the dental procedures, after procedure medications and instructions. So far so good, check out the pictures, Mercedes class transportation, the high tech dental office, equipment, and staff are all top notch. I will update as I go along...
