I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this clinic. Until the day before the appointment, nobody clearly informed us about the exact schedule or times. The communication was chaotic, unclear and completely unprofessional, especially for a patient who travelled and expected proper organisation. The bonding result was also very disappointing. In my opinion, the teeth look unnaturally white and artificial, not like a carefully planned aesthetic treatment. For this kind of procedure, the clinic should focus on detail, natural appearance and the patient’s satisfaction — unfortunately, this was not the case here. What concerns me the most is that the clinic seems to be focused mainly on profit rather than real patient care. Once the payment is involved, everything appears important, but when the patient is unhappy with the result, the response is not good enough. Aesthetic dentistry requires trust, transparency and responsibility. In this case, there was poor communication, poor organisation and an unsatisfactory final result. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone expecting a natural smile, professional communication and proper care after the procedure.

had composite bonding done at this clinic and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The dentist took the time to explain the entire process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident before starting. The procedure itself was smooth and completely painless. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail — the dentist carefully shaped and matched the bonding to my natural teeth so perfectly that it looks completely seamless. The final result is natural, balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for.

Came to Çağdiş for composite bonding and whitening. The actual composite bonding was okay, however patient centered care is something they lack. They are very harsh when doing procedures. The whitening agent they used to whiten teeth poured into my gums and lips and the area is now so sore and infected. This could have been prevented with some gauze. On the day I arrived another guy complained that he got veneers and his teeth started to fall out after shaving, and told him to come back on Monday instead of coming back. I only come here if it’s your last resort.

The attention to detail, professionalism, and care throughout the whole process were outstanding. He made me feel completely at ease and really listened to what I wanted. I’m so glad I chose this clinic. They truly are the best not just because of the amazing results, but because of how kind, patient, and lovely everyone is. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Amazing experience with Çagdis Dentist. Came over from London and they have organised a smooth trip - hotels, transfers, appointment - with beautiful teeth at the end of it!!
