I told the lady waiting at the reception desk—I'd call her that, but her attitude didn't deserve it at all—that my filling was broken and I didn't have an appointment. She said, "Unfortunately." I asked if they could at least see me after the appointments were finished, because I was sure it wouldn't take long anyway. She said, "No, I can give you an appointment." She definitely needs to take some lessons in her manners and please, she shouldn't work in a job where she interacts with people. Because of her, I will never go near this establishment again.
