I found Dentavie completely by chance, and looking back, it was one of the best decisions I could have made. I had an implant and several fillings done over the course of four appointments, with my final treatment completed just last week. From the very beginning, the entire process was explained clearly, and all of my questions were answered honestly and professionally. What impressed me most was the combination of quality, service, and price. Living in Vienna, I was quoted around €3,500 for similar treatment, so the savings were significant without compromising on quality. Everyone at the clinic—from the assistants to the doctors—was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The clinic itself is spotless and very modern, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment. A special thank you to the doctors and the whole team for their flexibility and dedication. I had a very limited amount of time in Istanbul to complete my treatment, and they did everything possible to make sure my implant was finalized before my return flight. I genuinely appreciated the effort they put in to accommodate my schedule. After four visits, I can honestly say that my experience exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended Dentavie to my friends and family, and I would happily choose them again in the future.

The surgeon who performed my implant surgery was skilled, and very reassuring. If I were only reviewing him, I would happily give him five stars. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience did not meet the same standard. One issue was the lack of communication throughout the treatment. For example, I went to one appointment expecting my crowns to be placed, only to discover that my gums were going to be reopened so the healing abutments could be installed. Nobody had explained this beforehand. I was also surprised by the amount of paperwork I had to sign. There were more than ten different documents, and they all seemed focused on making the patient responsible for almost everything. Of course, informed consent is important, but I also believe a clinic should accept responsibility when problems related to the treatment occur. My biggest disappointment was with the final crowns. The day after putting the abutment. I noticed a painful small hole in my gum. Because I had received a lot of anesthesia, I hadn't felt anything during the appointment, and nobody said sorry or what happen or explained why it was there. I sent the clinic a message on WhatsApp asking if this was normal, but they never replied. Being ignored after surgery when you have concerns is very disappointing. Initially, one of the crowns was tried in, but the dentist said she was not satisfied with it. Since it was my last day before flying back to Japan, she decided to remake the crown that same day. About two weeks later, one of the implant crowns became loose. The clinic told me to visit a dentist in Japan to have the screw tightened. Unfortunately, implant-related treatment is not covered by my insurance here, and it would cost me around $100 just for that adjustment. I asked the clinic if they could help cover the expense since the problem appeared almost immediately after treatment, but they completely ignored that part of my message and simply repeated that I should visit a local dentist. I found this very disappointing. The same crown also traps food constantly around it and even slightly underneath it. I don't know whether this is simply because it became loose or because the crown itself is poorly shaped, but it has been a problem from the beginning. It is uncomfortable and requires constant cleaning. I was also disappointed with the appearance of the crowns. The upper crown was never shown to me before it was permanently placed. I was only shown the lower one. After returning home, I noticed that the upper crown is much flatter than my natural teeth and doesn't really resemble the shape of a real tooth. Even though it isn't highly visible, I believe patients should have the opportunity to see and approve every crown before it is finalized. The lower crown has a much better shape, but its color is much whiter than my natural teeth, making it look artificial. During the fitting, I actually mentioned that one sample looked slightly too yellow compared to my teeth. The dentist then selected a much whiter version. While trying it in, she herself noticed that it was much whiter than my natural teeth and told me not to worry because they would make a darker one. However, that never happened, and I ultimately received the very white crown anyway. Overall, I feel that the surgical part of my treatment was excellent thanks to the implant surgeon. However, the communication before and after procedures, the follow-up support, the response when problems occurred, and the quality and fit of the final prosthetic work left me disappointed. I truly appreciate the surgeon's excellent work, but I believe the clinic needs to improve its communication, aftercare, and quality control of the final restorations. I hope this review helps future patients know what to expect and encourages the clinic to improve these aspects of its service.

He was very informative, give options of plans, showed true results from customers who have used this dental practice and I did not at all feel pressured into choosing a certain package. Besides all that he was super friendly and made me feel at ease during my appointment.
