My brother is going for dental treatment and they are very happy with the process. We went this morning for my daughter and we were also very pleased. The environment was clean and tidy. I would like to thank Ms. Rüveyda for her attention; I really liked how she approached my daughter, she approached her lovingly without scaring her, and thanks to her, our first dental check-up went smoothly 😍
The price quoted as the list price was doubled on the invoice from the contracted institution. They apologized for the lack of information, but they comfortably lied to our institution, saying they didn't tell us because we were institution employees. It shouldn't be that difficult to show a little care in your work. We were very dissatisfied, and this is one of the places we should never, ever go to again.
I was kept waiting for 42 minutes, being told I was first in line. In the end, I gave up and hung up. The customer service over the phone was zero.

I would never recommend this fraudulent company, which knows nothing about its work, to any patient. Don't be fooled by the price; you'll end up being the one who suffers. Last May, I underwent root canal treatment, fillings, crowns, and implants. The root canals and subsequent crowns took about a month and a half, and both Dr. Esra, who performed the root canals, and Dr. Mirza, the chief physician who checked them, said there were no deficiencies in the treatments. However, despite spending nine months with numbness in my jaw, they couldn't find a solution to my problem, and finally, they wanted to end the treatment, saying there was nothing more they could do. Afterwards, I learned that the company's ownership was changing hands, and they didn't inform me of this; I learned it from another patient. When I went to another private clinic to have my root canal checked, they said the treatment was incomplete and needed to be redone. So I had the treatment redone, and now my pain has started to subside. I also paid again at the new clinic. Dr. Esra had performed root canal treatment on four teeth, and she left all four incomplete. She said I paid 11,000 TL at the new clinic for the first root canal treatment. So, unfortunately, even though three of my teeth have had root canal treatment and crowns are attached, they will need to be removed and treated again. When I asked the current clinic owners to cover this cost for their mistake, they said that if I had told the doctors who couldn't solve my problem for nine months, they would have done it for free, as if they were mocking me.
