Excellent service from the very first WhatsApp message until the moment we arrived at the clinic. Mounaim looked after my family from the moment we arrived until the end of our visit. He was attentive, professional, and explained every step of the treatment clearly, making us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. My daughters loved the kids’ area! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at DentSpa in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcomed and cared for. This morning there was a delay with my scheduled pickup, but what impressed me most was how the team handled it. They listened to my concerns, sincerely apologized, accepted the feedback professionally, and made me feel heard. That level of accountability says a lot about their commitment to patient satisfaction. My surgeon, Dr. Nelli, was exceptional—she took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect. Her clear communication gave me a lot of confidence and helped ease my anxiety. Very efficient and straightforward with what care I needed and discussed with me my treatment plan and didn’t rush me into deciding. The doctor who performed my cleaning, Dr. Aybike was incredibly gentle and thorough. It was one of the most comfortable dental cleanings I’ve ever had, and I truly appreciated her patience and care. She explains every step of the way and showed me the instruments so I don’t get or feel surprised throughout the procedure. A special thank you to Abdul at the reception. He is always smiling, approachable, and genuinely ready to help with anything you need. His positive attitude made every visit even more pleasant. He makes sure I don’t have any questions left unanswered. I hope he still accommodates me on my next visit! Also special shoutout to Luna and Hazel for being very patient and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. They dealt with time differences in the USA and reached out to me to ff up and helped me ease my anxiety about needing to get my stuff done overseas. It wasn’t comfortable sending photos of my dentation but they made it so. They helped me become confident and trust that the company is legit and trustworthy. The lady at the coffee shop, i forgot her name. The one with braces, was very smiling, helpful and accommodating. She checked on me each time i come back to the cafe to wait for the next appointments, regardless of how short or long i stay, she always offers something, always happy to help. Overall, I’ve been impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and quality of care at DentSpa. No clinic is perfect, but what matters is how they respond when something doesn’t go as planned—and DentSpa showed that they truly value their patients. I would happily recommend them to anyone considering dental treatment in Istanbul. My sister and Aunt are waiting on my feedback and im absolutely happy to recommend.

The Dentspa team runs like a well oiled machine. There is a lot going on in the clinic everyday and like a orchestra the work is completed with a harmony that has a positive vibe. There seems to be an endless number of Dentspa employees and it appears that they are do their job well. There is a high level of accountability from the patients and from the staff for everything to work well. The pricing seemed to be fair. The overall cost was higher than we expected but when we got on site it was clear that extra work needed to be done. I don't think it was a bait and switch. The assessment was just impossible to get right without the in person physical examination. We stayed at the Point Hotel and have rested very well there. There is also a free breakfast that we have been enjoying daily. As far as the dental work it all has been executed well. There was pain and both my girlfriend and I had to toughen up. She said it was one of the most traumatic things she has ever experienced. I suppose that is just how dental work goes. There is nothing easy about grinding your teeth. The office is nice and full of energy. The staff is capible and competent. I would refer others to do work here. I'm uncertain about how the price compares with other Istanbul dentists but we are happy to save lots over what we were quoted in las veags.

Flew in to Turkey to get my teeth done with DentSpa. My teeth have been one of my biggest issues and I’m so glad to have finally gotten them done at a clinic like this! My trip here and back has been absolutely seamless, I got picked up from the airport, taken to the clinic, - where I was treated to all I could want refreshments, complimentary facial and optional massage chair whilst I waited - my hotel and back to the airport. There were no worries. I’m glad to be able to give my own review as I was once on the other side, trying to decide whether or not to choose this clinic. I’m glad I did. Thank you DentSpa!
