She then arranged for me to see a doctor Mr Cagdas who speaks excellent English — which was such a relief! The clinic is lovely and clean, with all the proper hygiene protocols in place. They listened carefully to my concerns, solved my problem completely, and made me feel well cared for. I highly recommend this place — especially if you’re looking for English-speaking care in Turkey. I’d absolutely love to come back if I visit Istanbul again!

I had a very disappointing and terrible experience with this clinic. Before starting orthodontic treatment, a proper diagnostic assessment should ALWAYS be performed, including evaluation of periapical areas and potential infections. In my case, this critical step was ignored. Orthodontic treatment was initiated despite the presence of an active infection. As a result, I got huge complications and had to get endodontic treatment shortly and ASAP after starting orthodontics. This situation could have been avoided with proper diagnostics and following BASIC clinical protocols. Starting orthodontic treatment having an infection is a clear deviation from standard practice. There is also no management in the clinic. There is no structure in patient support or manager in place. Each time I raised the issue, the response from reception was simply that “the request was forwarded to the doctor”, however, there was no follow-up, no clear communication, and no resolution till you call this clinic with your lawyer, which you also need to hire. The issue could be treated IN ADVANCE if the proper diagnostics would take place, avoiding aggressive treatment and literally saving the teeth ASAP. But what shocked me the most was how this case was handled (or rather ignored) by the clinic in Aksaray. This is unacceptable. I would strongly advise future patients to seek another clinic to get orthodontic treatment. Make sure that a thorough diagnostic evaluation is performed before agreeing to any treatment plan.

Amazing facilities, staff, and atmosphere. The service received at DijiDent was superb, after requesting a last minute appointment to discuss aligners (clear braces) I was seen within the hour. The orthodontist and technicians were very knowledgeable and straight to the point, giving me the information I needed. The staff were friendly and so accomodating as I had my husband and 4 children with me. We were all offered refreshments and the kids were even entertained in the reception with cartoons. The surgery was bright, modern and exceptionally clean. I was amazed at how efficient and quickly the service is run and as I was travelling, everyone went out of their way to help and everything was put through quickly. I have already highly recommend DijiDent to my friends and family and will definitely be returning to them for further treatments. Thank you all at DijiDent.
