I want to share my terrible experience and warn people not to go to this surgeon! He's a butcher! I'm not even sure his diploma is legitimate! Three years ago, he performed a breast augmentation on me and ruined everything! He inserted huge implants that I didn't ask for. Apparently, he was just using his own terrible taste, not what I wanted! Secondly, the implants were too wide for my chest, and he didn't provide an additional cushion to insert between my breasts, causing the implants to shift inward and create a synmastia! The assistant assured me I'd have to wait two years to see the final results, but everything was obvious within a month after the surgery. I had terrible bruising, swelling all the way to my stomach, ridges on my chest due to an oversized implant, constant tightness and pain, and sleeping on my stomach became possible only after a year. After that, I decided to write to my assistant, but she either changed her number or didn't respond. I contacted several good surgeons for a second operation, and both told me it felt like they were either training me or working with an incompetent surgeon. During my consultation, Payasli was rude and insulting, as if I had come to see him personally, not for a consultation, but for a "date"! I think his attitude toward women is disgusting! Cash payment only surprised and alarmed me, too! Overall, I really hope the health authorities take him into account and check all his documents! Otherwise, I'm considering suing him, as he charged me for disfiguring my naturally beautiful breasts!

Please do not trust this clinic. They are unethical. They take peoples money, over promise and under deliver. The assistant Julia, well not sure what to say about her, apart from i am not sure what her role is apart from booking people in and lying to them about what can be achieved. Her English is well spoken but she does not understand clients needs and is unable to relay them to the surgeon in a correct manner. . Not sure she passes the messages on to the surgeon and if she does, he agrees to surgery he is incapable of. So many people have stepped forward saying he has botched their nose.. in the same way as others. He makes noses small and lopsided. He does not know what an ethnic nose looks like and cannot work with THICK skin. He lacks skill in this area but will take your money and then after the surgery will tell you that you cannot get the result you want because you have thick skin, opposed to saying maybe go to a surgeon who specialises in this skin type. I know people who have had their faces ruined because of this man and he blocks them. Please check tik tok where a client of his had shared videos and messages - her whole journey basically. He is now on the botched list. He will get what is coming to him without a doubt. Actually i have just checked his reviews and wow he has so many one stars. Terrible. Also he was investigated by the MOH.

disappointing service - poor outcome and would not recommend this surgeon or this surgery, he has been reported to ministry of health and they have forwarded to İstanbul Provincial Directore of Health. i had surgery with this man in 2019 through Este medical. My consultation was no longer than 5 minutes. He made my nose short and round. My alar was also asymmetrical and i recently had a revision where my new surgeon informed me this is because Cem removed too much cartilage from one side. This caused one side of my nose to collapse. I have suffered a great deal of poor mental health - they did not offer me a refund only revision which i did not want. I recently came across another girls tik tok where she shared her results from the surgeon and they are same problems as mine. I have now provided her with all my reports/ pictures/ receipts to support her with her claim . I did not research this surgeon - i trusted este, but there are too many red flags about him and he does not take pride in is work. Quite a few patients at Este had revision with him and he gives everyone the same nose. He is not experienced.

His five minutes of fame are over! Soooo many bad reviews and i believe them all. He really is unprofessional and unskilled in every area especially nose surgery. I have read some of their replies to the complaints where they have asked why has an official complaint not been raised. Let me tell you now, it makes no difference. These people are gas lighters. They will find a way to blame you for their mistakes. You cannot trust him. Please do not go to this man unless you have a desire to ruin your face. You only have to look at his assistant Julia's nose to see the damage he can do. and so many people on here saying they did give them a refund, yup, they will mess you up and take your money. Consultations are rushed and outcomes are poor. Dr Sarkan and Dr Erkan have said his work is awful! INVESTIGATION OF HIM IS NEEDED

Dr. Cem is the best plastic surgeon who practically saved my life after a very bad and unsuccessful operation. No doctor wanted to undertake this operation, but he did the operation and saved me! and my beloved Yulia, who accompanied me everywhere, helped me, was in touch 24/7 and even waited for me at the clinic during the operation. She is the best , I love her very much!!! Julia helped me and took care of me all during my stay and even after🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
