He took the time to answer all of my questions and address any worries I had, which immediately gave me a strong sense of trust. He came across as genuine, trustworthy, and incredibly professional. His clinic is absolutely beautiful and exactly what you would expect from a high-quality dental clinic. It’s clean, modern, and very tastefully decorated, which made me feel even more comfortable from the moment I arrived. He also recommended a few nearby hotels, and the one I chose was just a short taxi ride to and from the clinic, which made everything very convenient. The entire team is amazing. The staff are some of the most welcoming, warm, and professional people I’ve met. Every single one of them made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. A special mention to Dr Kaan, the dental assistant nurses, Beğüm, and Tuğba. They are truly the loveliest people. I had such a pleasant experience from start to finish, and I returned home with the most beautiful set of teeth and a big smile to show them off. My experience with Dr Umut and the entire team was a unique one- from the beginning he show openness regarding communication and he understood my body and my emotions and needs - because we all know how dentist visit is not pleasant- I’ve receive support and all the help need it - I’m still in collaboration with Dr Umut even after we finish our work together- just because he understood that I need certain changes after and he was there for me to offer the services even after - work still in progress for a perfect result !
