I travelled all the way from Australia to have my dental work completed by Dr. Omer and the team at Ekiz Dental Clinic, and overall I am extremely happy with both the experience and the results. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding. The final result looks very natural, and now that I am two weeks post-procedure, I can confidently say that I am thrilled with my new smile. When the treatment was first completed, I think I was simply overwhelmed by the shock of seeing such a significant change. Looking back, I probably didn't express my gratitude as well as I could have because I was still processing everything. With some time to adjust, I can truly appreciate the quality of work that Dr. Omer and his team delivered. The clinic itself was modern, clean, and professional, and all of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my treatment. If I had one minor area for improvement, it would be communication both during and outside of appointments. Travelling to another country for dental treatment can be quite daunting, and beyond the initial consultation, I sometimes felt there could have been more explanation about what stage of the procedure I was at and what was happening next while I was in the chair. This may have been partly my responsibility for not asking more questions, but it's not always easy to communicate when your mouth is full of dental instruments. A little more guidance and reassurance throughout the process would have helped me feel even more comfortable and informed. Similarly, there were a few occasions where I needed to contact the clinic to confirm appointment times rather than being proactively informed. This was never a major issue, and I completely understand that the clinic manages many patients each day, but I felt it was worth mentioning as constructive feedback. That said, this is a very minor criticism in what was otherwise an excellent experience. It certainly wouldn't stop me from recommending Ekiz Dental Clinic to others. I am genuinely grateful for the care and expertise of Dr. Omer and the entire team, and I fully intend to return later this year for a check-up and to thank them properly now that I've had time to appreciate the final result. I came to Ekiz Clinic for my veneers, and I can honestly say this is the best dental clinic for natural veneers I’ve ever seen. Dr. Omer Ekiz and his team were incredibly professional, gentle, and detail-oriented. The whole process felt very personalized and comfortable and no pain, no rushing, and the final result looks so natural that people can’t even tell I had veneers done. The clinic itself is beautiful, super clean, and far more advanced than many places I’ve visited in the US. I’m extremely happy with my new smile, and I just shared this photo that my dentist shared on instagram. Truly a five-star experience

I travelled from the UK to Ekiz Clinic and had 20 porcelain veneers done by Dr Ezgi. The results are amazing. We chose the BL3 shade and they look bright but completely natural, exactly what I wanted. Dr Ezgi was so sweet, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The entire team were kind, welcoming and genuinely so nice from start to finish. My sister also had veneers done and loves her results too. I couldn’t be happier with my new smile and I’ll definitely be back in 15 years when it’s time to redo them!

I agreed to remove my original review around 2 years ago as they said they would rectify the issues i had with my veneers. (I ended up having to pay for them being rectified by them so out thousands more when it wasn’t my fault), i got my teeth done around 2 years ago with them, since then I have had nothing but issues and have had to pay thousands in the UK for them to be fixed. The fillings were badly done and needed redone, i’ve needed root canals & a crown since. They put veneers on teeth in the back/side that aren’t even visible which have caused problems. Why veneer someones back molar?! You can’t even see it unless i pull my mouth way back 😭 Overall i would not recommend this clinic, they aren’t even friendly let alone how poor some of the work is. They do a good job of making veneers look natural but it is not worth the thousands i’m paying to have the issues they’ve caused fixed. - just to update to your response, I was happy with the second set of veneers you did, they look super natural, granted one broke about 7 months after the procedure, - however, i believe there shouldn't of had to be a second set if they had been done how i wanted the first time. My main issue however, is the poorly done fillings - which I did not need redone, that have led to numerous issues and several dentist appointments to get fixed. My other issue is the fact you encouraged me to get veneers on teeth that are not visible at all - again these teeth i have had constant issues with, needing crown & 2 root canal treatments in the UK. There is a veneer on the 2nd to back tooth of my mouth on each side, I just don’t know why you would think that ever was a good idea when you can’t see it other than being purely monetary. I am not one to complain about payment so I would not address that with you, it just felt unjust in my opinion. I also didn’t contact you again since because it is a hassle to return to you to fix them when I wasn’t confident in the work that was done, I preferred to go to specialists in my own country. Sorry, it’s just my experience

I was initially tempted to seek treatment here, but after reading through the reviews, I ultimately decided against it. Several of the concerns raised are serious, and while I appreciate that the practice responds to negative feedback, the replies often come across as “sorry, but…” followed by explanations and justifications. Unfortunately, that tone gives the impression of deflection rather than genuine accountability. I wanted to write this review because dental work isn’t just cosmetic, it’s deeply personal. I’ve struggled with my teeth for years after a fall when I was younger that resulted in a broken front tooth. Since then, I’ve been very conscious of my smile and the difficulty of matching that tooth’s colour to the rest of my teeth. Anyone who has lived with dental insecurity knows how much it affects confidence and daily life. I’m currently in the very early stages of deciding whether to pursue composite veneers or something more invasive like porcelain. After careful consideration, I’m leaning towards listening to my NHS dentist and avoiding porcelain for as long as possible, at least until I can afford a true specialist. Teeth are not something you can undo once they’re drilled down, and that decision deserves caution. I’ve never written a review for a place I haven’t personally visited, but a few reviews in particular, those written by Milad, Alex, and V, really stood out to me. Reading their experiences, especially the impact the treatments had on them and how their concerns were responded to, is what ultimately compelled me to write this. The consistency between those reviews was hard to ignore. Several reviewers explicitly described their experiences as traumatic, and based on these public accounts, it appears that some individuals were left significantly distressed following treatment at this clinic. Reading those reviews, alongside the responses given, raised serious concerns for me and influenced my decision not to proceed. People save every penny they have just to regain their confidence, while dentistry can be an industry where hundreds of thousands are made. That imbalance makes honesty, empathy, and accountability essential. This review isn’t written out of malice, but out of concern. We should be supporting one another by sharing honest experiences, especially when it comes to something as irreversible and emotionally charged as dental work.
