I had an excellent experience at Esnan Beylikdüzü Dental Clinic and have been a loyal patient for the past three years. I’m very happy with my results, which I still enjoy today. Special thanks to Dr. Mehmet Ali Soybay for his professionalism and excellent care, and to Ms. Eda for her kindness and support—they made every visit comfortable. Even though the doctors may change, the quality of service always remains exceptionally high. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-quality dental care!

I had a tooth implant and crown done at Esnan Oral and Dental Clinic. Within less than 3 months of the final surgery, both the implant and the crown came off completely. I travel from London for treatment here, so this hasn't just been a health issue — it has cost me significant time, money, and now means facing two further surgeries to fix what should have been done correctly the first time. Anyone who has gone through implant surgery knows how hard the recovery is — not being able to eat, chew, or drink properly for weeks. Having to go through that twice because of a failure that shouldn't have happened is extremely difficult to accept. When I raised this and asked about compensation for the cost and impact this has caused me, the response was that "every surgery has complications" and that they would simply redo the work. That doesn't address the core issue: what guarantee is there that the same failure won't happen again? I have documentation — videos and messages — confirming the timeline and how this was handled. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Esnan Clinic, particularly to anyone travelling from UK for treatment. The risk of complications like this, combined with how the aftermath was handled, isn't worth it. and apologies for the ugly video but I had to show the truth.

I highly recommend Dr. Mehmet ÖZTÜRK and his assistant, Ms. Aleyna. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Mehmet is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain every procedure in detail. Ms. Aleyna is incredibly kind, organized, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and dedication to patient care made my experience a very positive one. Thank you both for providing such outstanding dental treatment!

Definitely do not recommend. They did an implant for my husband. It came off within weeks. Used really low quality material for him. Now he cant eat anything from one side. He cant travel back from #London to Istanbul anytime soon. Therefore i do not recommend.

Got treated at Esnan Oral and Dental Health Center – Beylikdüzü Branch with my mom. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. The team did excellent work on my mom’s treatment and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Clean clinic, organized staff, and clear communication. Definitely recommend.
