Clinic Prime Istanbul ISTMarina AVM Kartal – Review Leaving a negative review is the last thing I wanted to do, but unfortunately, my experience with Clinic Prime has left me no choice. I underwent an all-on-6 full arch treatment at the clinic, but the results have left me with ongoing issues. When I reached out via WhatsApp to request corrections, the clinic eventually stopped responding. Main problems (documented in photos): Midline deviation (~2.5mm): This has affected both function and aesthetics. Chipped zirconium prosthesis: The clinic told me this was "not a problem for function." Colour mismatch: The top arch (shade 1M1) doesn’t match the bottom. The top was replaced after my lip kept catching on my teeth when speaking or smiling. By the time I returned 7 months later, the bottom arch had yellowed. My request to correct this was ignored. In total, I traveled to Turkey four times for this treatment. I was prepared to return a fifth time, but communication ceased after I raised concerns. If you’re planning dental tourism to Turkey, I suggest factoring in the potential cost of additional visits for follow-up or corrective work. ⚠️ Important Advice: Avoid paying in cash — always use a credit card if possible. Why? Cash: No paper trail, no protection, no chargeback if things go wrong. Credit card: Offers more security, including chargeback options in some countries. Some clinics insist on cash and refuse cards. In my experience, that’s a red flag. I was told a 10% credit card fee was due to Turkish government policy, but I could not find any official source confirming this. This can work out to a substantial amount of money on a 12000 euro treatment. From my perspective, this felt like pressure to use untraceable payment methods. In my opinion, the outcome of my treatment fell below the standard I would expect from a professional clinic. I'm sharing my experience to help others make informed decisions about dental care abroad. This review reflects my personal experience and opinions only.

We've been coming to Klinik Prime for years. The entire team, especially Dr. Haktan, is incredibly attentive. To say they're the best dental clinic in Istanbul is an understatement. Their hygiene measures, especially during the pandemic, and the overall cleanliness of the clinic are excellent. We come here as a family and entrust our oral health to them. They are always very caring and flexible, helping us out. If you're in Istanbul, there's no point in going to another clinic and wasting money, time, and health. They're a fantastic team!
