Two inexperienced and unprofessional interns performed almost the entire treatment. The main dentist only came to check and left. My child suffered a great deal of pain during the procedure. Their lip was even cut and bled. Such carelessness towards a child patient is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, they charged a very high fee. They mistakenly removed the filling that was previously in the tooth; I witnessed this firsthand and very clearly. Afterwards, they charged us for this mistake, charging for a "double-sided filling" instead of a single-piece one. Their justification was that the filling covered both surfaces of the tooth and a separate fee was charged for each surface. However, they were the ones who removed the filling and caused this situation in the first place. Our experience was extremely disappointing, both medically and in terms of pricing. I absolutely do not recommend them. Also, I got the impression that many of the 5-star reviews do not reflect genuine experiences; this is quite easy to understand after carefully reading the reviews.

Dr. Yeşim is a highly successful doctor who loves her job. Thanks to the confidence she instilled in me and the care she showed, our treatment process went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend her.

I am a dental technician. My mother needed a dental check-up before knee replacement surgery in orthopedics. Since I already knew her, we came to Dr. Yeşim. My mother said that she had the gentlest tooth extraction she had ever had. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to many places with less experience.
