I had an excellent experience with this clinic and would highly recommend them. I initially came to them after two failed (broken) implants placed elsewhere, which was quite stressful. The team handled everything with great expertise and care — they removed the failed implants without any complications and successfully placed two new ones. What was really impressive was how smooth and comfortable their implant procedures were. Both surgeries were quick, completely painless, and very well managed. Prof Erdem Kilic and Prof Kerem Kilic took the time to explain every step clearly and calmly, which made a huge difference in putting me at ease. The clinic is modern, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for high-quality care. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and professional. In addition to the implants, I also had a crown and a dental guard made there — both were done perfectly, with no issues at all. I have full confidence in the care I’ve received. KLC Klinik is, in my experience, extremely disrespectful. I traveled from Taksim an hour for my appointment, only to wait another 1.5 hours while patients who arrived after me were treated first. In the end, I left without being seen, and had to travel another hour back. A total of 3.5 hours wasted. No respect for appointments, no respect for patients.
