You can trust Sevgi Hanım completely. She has a gentle, soothing touch and does her job exceptionally well. Everyone I've recommended her to has been satisfied. In my opinion, Sevgi Hanım is my number one dentist; you're in safe hands.

On July 3rd, I made an appointment with Ms. Sevgi at 3:00 PM to have my front tooth fillings replaced. She had done these fillings before, and since it had been 5 years, I wanted them replaced. She had also suggested I come back sometime for a replacement. I have retainers behind my front teeth, and one of my teeth has shifted. She said she couldn't do a filling because the tooth was shifted and that I needed approval from an orthodontist, that the tooth needed to settle into place first. Supposedly, the specialist had to say that a filling could be done there. Even though I told her I wouldn't be wearing braces, she didn't do the procedure. I left without having the fillings replaced. Still, to get approval, I tried visiting 4 different clinics within an hour to get information, but orthodontists said they wouldn't take over and told me to go back to the doctor who had put in the first braces. I called the clinic again and asked if Ms. Sevgi was available at 4:30 PM, and when I received a confirmation, I went back. I told her I wouldn't be wearing braces and that she wanted the fillings replaced in their current state. She said the retainer was broken, but it wasn't; I checked. Also, if the retainer were broken, it wouldn't be causing the problem. They do it. How can something like this happen? When I asked if they do fillings for crooked teeth, they said, "I have a patient in half an hour, I can't make it, you need to make an appointment and come back." I already had an appointment, I wasted an hour waiting for approval from the orthodontist, and I specifically asked if it was convenient for me when I came back a second time, and they said it was convenient. I said I don't want braces, just do the procedure, and they came up with a thousand excuses not to. What does it mean to say, "Put braces on again and then come back" for a slightly crooked tooth? My whole day was spent running around and I couldn't get the procedure done. I'll wear braces or use my crooked teeth as they are! I came there to have my fillings redone, I'm not asking if you want to do it, I'm saying I want them redone, I can't understand why it wasn't done. At least don't do this to a loyal customer.

A top-notch place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I had my teeth veneered with zirconium crowns here and I'm extremely satisfied! Dr. Sevgi did a fantastic job on my teeth, and Dr. Mustafa performed my gum surgery very well. Sister Hülya also took care of me at every stage, I thank them all individually. They really do their jobs very well, I recommend them with peace of mind!
