I had a fantastic experience at Kristal Clinic. I had 4 dental implants and crowns done, and I’m extremely happy with the results. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. The driver was great, the clinic staff were amazing,Ahmed and Leila were very helpful explaining every step and the doctors were very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The level of care and attention I received was excellent, and everything was well organised from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Kristal Clinic to anyone considering dental treatment. My doctor guided me in choosing the best tooth shade, and I’m very glad I went with BL2 it looks natural, bright, and I’m extremely satisfied with the final outcome. Honestly, one of the best decisions I’ve made. I went to Kristal Clinic for crowns and implants, and the results look completely natural , I couldn’t be happier. The team was professional and put me at ease from the start, explaining everything clearly. And the staff were so kind and attentive throughout, it really made the whole experience easy. Worst experience. Avoid this clinic if you don't want to end up with major regrets and potentially costly corrective treatment. My experience with Krital Clinic was one of the biggest disappointments I have ever had as a dental patient. I travelled abroad, spent a significant amount of money, and trusted the promises made by the clinic. Unfortunately, the final result was completely different from what I was told to expect. Before treatment, I repeatedly explained that I wanted all of my teeth to match in color. The dentist assured me that the crowns and veneers would be the same shade and that whitening would make my natural teeth match. Instead, I returned home with three different tooth colors: extremely white crowns, veneers of a different shade, and natural teeth that remain yellow. The mismatch is obvious every time I smile. I also paid for whitening treatment, but the procedure was extremely brief and failed to achieve the result I was promised. Before treatment began, I specifically requested that whitening be completed first so the final restorations could be matched correctly. My request was ignored. To make matters worse, I paid extra for filling work, yet one tooth was left with a visible hole or gap next to a crown. This defect is clearly visible in photographs. I was also told that a 3D scan and smile design would be part of the treatment process. However, I never saw any 3D scan, never received a smile design, and was never shown a preview of what my final teeth would look like before the work was completed. Another major red flag was being asked to leave a review before I had even had the opportunity to properly evaluate the treatment. Staff requested proof of the review on my phone before I left the clinic. I refused. During my treatment, I also witnessed several other patients finishing their procedures and having disagreements with clinic staff regarding the quality of the work, the treatment process, and professionalism. Looking back, there were many warning signs that I ignored, and I now regret doing so. What upsets me most is that I raised concerns about color matching during treatment, but I do not feel those concerns were taken seriously. I relied on the clinic's professional advice and trusted their expertise. I now face the possibility of spending even more money to correct problems that should never have happened in the first place. As a result of my experience, I have submitted a dispute through my credit card company seeking a refund for what I believe was inadequate treatment and the damage caused to my oral health. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Krital Clinic. I left feeling disappointed, misled, and unhappy with the quality of the treatment I received. Anyone considering treatment here should ask detailed questions, get every promise in writing, insist on seeing the treatment design before any work begins, and think very carefully before committing to treatment.
