My Great Disappointment at Lotus Dental Clinic I initially applied to Lotus Dental Clinic for veneers. However, after consultations, I was referred for orthodontic treatment and underwent braces for approximately 4 years. Despite paying a higher fee compared to many other clinics in the area, I trusted the clinic and completed my treatment there. Before treatment, my front teeth were white and I had no problems with cavities or wear. However, after my braces were removed, I noticed small cavities in my front teeth. I then returned to the clinic to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I did not receive the approach I expected. Ms. Gülsüm, whom I spoke with, stated in a harsh tone that the problem had nothing to do with the braces treatment and was entirely my fault. My concerns were not listened to, nor was any solution offered. I was simply told, "Your teeth are decayed; you need veneers. There's no other way." This approach caused me great disappointment, both financially and emotionally. After patiently undergoing treatment for four years, this is the outcome I've received, and being blamed instead of being offered a solution to my problem is unacceptable. As a consumer, I expected my grievance to be addressed, but instead I was met with an indifferent and unhelpful attitude. Therefore, I wanted to share my experience with other consumers. I will also be contacting the relevant authorities. I hope that those who read this review will consider my experience before making a decision.
