I travelled from Newcastle (UK) 🇬🇧to Istanbul to visit this clinic, and overall I had a really good experience. Starting with the positives: the dentist who did my veneers, Dr Abdullah Alyyash, was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The clinic itself was clean and well organised. One thing I really appreciated was the transport they arranged taxis from the airport and between appointments, which was a big help, especially for someone who doesn’t know Istanbul well. Everything ran smoothly. The lady I was in contact with on WhatsApp was also amazing. She replied very quickly (usually within minutes), was polite, helpful, and always willing to answer my questions. That made the whole process much less stressful. Now for the negatives. Some of the reception staff were not very friendly and came across as rude. There were a few times where I felt uncomfortable because of their attitude, which honestly was disappointing, especially as I was paying a lot of money. A simple smile or better customer service would make a big difference. Another issue was payment. I wanted to pay by card, but I was told cash was preferred due to extra tax charges. I didn’t have cash on me, so I had to go around looking for ATMs, which was stressful and inconvenient, especially since you can’t withdraw large amounts at once. Lastly, the price. I was given an initial quote on WhatsApp, but once I arrived, the price kept increasing. I understand that treatment plans can change (for example, if extra root canals are needed), but the constant increases were frustrating and at one point made me consider walking out. That said, despite these issues, I’m very happy with my final results and my new smile. Overall, it is a good clinic, and I would recommend it, especially because of the dentist and the quality of the work. I had my veneers done in September 2025, and I’ll update this review again after a year! Kind regards

Had zirconia crowns done at this clinic and can honestly say it was an excellent experience, from the moment I walked in the customer service I received was second to none. The dentist explained everything in English, I was made to feel at ease, the dental nurse Rawan was very polite, helpful and empathetic. The dentist Mohammed Ozturk ensured I was not in pain throughout the treatment, allowed for regular breaks. I was very impressed with the end results and would highly recommend this clinic.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff were very kind and professional, and the clinic was clean and well organized. Dr. Mohammed Öztürk was very attentive and listened carefully to my concerns. Because it’s difficult for me to visit often, they were very understanding and managed to complete treatment that would normally take several sessions in just two, which I really appreciated. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this clinic.

They provided excellent support, from the treatment itself to my stay in Istanbul, taking care of every detail. The personal support from Miss Marwa was also very pleasant. I traveled from Amsterdam to Istanbul for my treatments and would do it again in a heartbeat!😁👍 Highly recommended!🙏

I visited this clinic after trying a few others before, and I could immediately notice the difference. The place is well-organized, the staff is professional, and they actually pay attention to details. The doctor explained everything clearly and did the work smoothly and efficiently.
