I had such a wonderful experience with Medico clinic. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. A very special thank you to Dr. Zahra, Hania, and Öykü for their kindness, care, and for doing such a fantastic job. I truly appreciated how helpful and attentive they were throughout the experience. I would also like to give a special thanks to Houzaifah, Feras, and Haya for their great service, assistance, and support. They were all incredibly helpful and made the whole experience so smooth and comfortable. Thank you to the entire Medico team for the wonderful service. This was my first visit to Turkey for teeth implants, however I have done quiet a good homework before I took that decision to choose Medico Clinic. So to start with the transportation service I would say it was excellent, so driver was waiting at the airport and I will have a driver anytime I have an appointment. That was great, now about the service everyone i met at the clinic was courteous, professional and helpful. Sarah on the other hand, she was the person I was in contact with through all this process. We addressed all the ins and outs of all this process and she was courteous, helpful, professional and patient. And when she doesn't have an answer she will let me know that she will check on that and she'll let me know and she did. So the clinic itself is extremely clean, and the doctor knew exactly what and how to take care of my situation. I had a total of 12 implants and I chose the German ones and I think that was a good decision due to finances. So the doctor after the second visit where I had all the implants in place he informed me that everything looks good and my healing was doing great and heading in the right direction. So, anyways, so far everything looks great and I cannot emphasize enough on the staff. Everyone was great and helpful. I will definitely update this review after my second visit, I will definitely update everyone on the final outcome. But for the first visit Medico Clinic and it's staff deserve the 5 stars. Great job everyone and I highly recommend them if you're in the market for some work on teeth.

I wish I can say it was a pleasant experience with them. I should have read the signs from the beginning, my front zirconia teeth chipped the next day after I left I came back again because the bridge at my lower left jaw was not fitting right only to install a worst one. Now food is lodging underneath and the gum is receding which they blame it on my gum now every other dentist I consulted stated the measurements are not done well. So I have to go back waste money on tickets and hotels again hoping they can get it right one day.
