From the very first enquiry and pre-visit consultation, right through to arriving in Istanbul, the treatment itself, and the aftercare once back home in the UK, the service has been absolutely outstanding. The staff are incredible. The treatment coordinators and translators are warm, friendly, reassuring, and always happy to help — nothing ever feels like too much hassle for them. Honestly, these girls are amazing. The doctors and nurses are equally amazing, with expertise and professionalism that is truly first class. Throughout the whole experience, I felt comfortable, informed, and well looked after. The end result is exactly what I had dreamed about for such a long time. Thanks to everyone at the clinic, I can now smile with confidence again, and that means so much to me. Four years ago, I chose the Mevsim Diş Clinic in Pendik for an All-on-Five treatment – and I have never regretted it. The entire team was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. From the very beginning, they did everything possible to take away my fear and pain. I travelled all the way from Germany, after years of dental problems and no real solution at home. At the clinic, I was advised to have all my teeth removed – 23 in total – and then five implants placed in the upper jaw and five in the lower jaw, followed by a full fixed set of teeth. I trusted their recommendation, and it turned out to be the best decision of my life. Now, four years later, I am completely pain-free and everything feels perfect. What I appreciate most is that the team is still there for me whenever I need advice or support. For such a major procedure, trust is essential – and here you are truly in the best hands. So far, so good! We first met Dr. Namatulliah and his colleague at their clinic in Manchester for an initial check-up. After that, we continued our treatment at Mevsim Dental Clinic in Istanbul — and the whole experience was good. They arranged everything for us, from airport pickup to hotel accommodation. The next morning, their driver took us to the clinic where we were warmly welcomed by our lovely and professional case coordinators, Yamur and Acheela. They looked after us throughout the entire process and checked in on us regularly. Any questions we had we messaged Yamur and she replied promptly making the experience stress free and smooth . I had two implants and eight crowns done, and I’m very satisfied with the results. The service was very good, professional, caring, and well-organized.
