I traveled from the United States to Turkey for my hair transplant at Now Hair Time, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I landed, everything was first class. A private chauffeur picked me up at the airport in a luxury Mercedes-Benz VIP van with reclining leather seats, ambient lighting, complimentary water, and plenty of room to relax after a long international flight. It immediately made me feel like I had chosen the right clinic. They took me to a beautiful five-star hotel that included a delicious breakfast every morning. There were also several great restaurants within walking distance, so finding food was never an issue. Transportation between the hotel and the clinic was always on time and professionally organized. The clinic itself was modern, spotless, and exceeded my expectations. The doctors, nurses, and translators were incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They answered every question I had and explained each step clearly. The procedure went smoothly, and the aftercare support has been excellent. Even after returning home, they have continued checking on my recovery and responding quickly whenever I have questions. I’m still in the recovery phase, but everything has gone exactly as they explained, and I’m excited to see my final results over the next several months. UPDATE I went to now hair time a year ago. This is an absolute scam. They absolutely massacred my head. They gave me a crooked hairline. This is just a rush job, simple drive-thru. They claim to be the best. What a joke. They only try to upsell you on extra treatments and procedures so that you can come back to do another procedure. Ten out of ten of the people I met there the day I did my transplant procedure was unsuccessful. We all had huge zits and got infections after the procedure. We all have terrible looking heads after going there. The scars don't heal. They lie about the itching after the procedure. A year later and my head is still itching severely. There is nothing mild about it. It itches like your public area after you have shaved. But a hundred times worse. They over harvest you do that you can't get another procedure. Yes they pack it around your hairline so that you have your hairline back but everything else is so scarce that it looks like a baboons behind. The procedure isn't done by a doctor. It's done by several different girls who don't pay attention to detail. They don't let you get numb enough to start the process. I had to continue to tell them that I could feel the needle and the drill during extraction. Then they are in a rush to finish so you don't get a bathroom break. I had to get off the table or pee in my pants. The pictures of celebrities is to get you comfortable. Yes they may have been there but check the after pictures and see if it was successful. They will tell you to take these medications that make you depressed, gain weight, block your libido and make you break out in hives and zits. All of the mesotherapy and PRP treatments are an extra waste of money. They don't support anything. You will bleed like crazy. You will be told that you're going to a five star hotel. It's not. The pickup service is a joke. The food they feed you after the procedure is disgusting. They will give you so much anesthesia that you won't recognize yourself in the mirror. Three months later your head is still numb. They will continue to tell you to waste money on treatments that "support" the process. It's a joke. Ten out of ten of us had bad experiences and transplants. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! SCAMMERS OVERCHARGING YOU!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! Added are the conversations we had and the clinic saying that the doctor says the progress looks good. Anyone can see that they're full of it!!! Their level of care didn't drop at all once the procedure was over. They provided very detailed instructions regarding the washing process, the products I needed to use, and what to watch out for. Whenever I had a question or a concern, I could reach out to them instantly and get support. The quality of the service exceeded all my expectations. It’s rare to find people who combine such high expertise with outstanding customer care and integrity. I’m leaving 5 stars because that’s the maximum Google allows—but if I could, I would gladly leave an entire constellation. They have truly earned it.
