I had an amazing experience with my rhinoplasty with Doctor Ahmet ALP. Everyone made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and provided exceptional care throughout the entire process. My first rhinoplasty consultation was 22 years ago. After my consultation with Dr. Ahmet Alp i knew he was the doctor to operate on my ethnic nose. I also confirmed by shopping around Istanbul ENT pool and Dr. Ahmet Alp came up on top. My situation presented a curveball for his team and they navigated it with expertise. I was well cared for by the team. My result shows an advanced ethnic rhinoplasty surgical technique yet to be seen in the overprice Los Angeles, CA market and i am 3 weeks post-op. Dr. Ahmet Alp has perfected his craft and it shows in his long term results of his patiences. I am lucky to have found you and your team Dr. Ahmet. After undergoing a secondary rhinoplasty due to significant scar tissue (fibrosis), I turned to this surgeon in the hope of improving my situation. Unfortunately, this procedure has had devastating consequences on my life. I paid €10,000 for this surgery, an amount that, considering the outcome and the complications I experienced, I believe was completely unjustified. Six months after the operation, I noticed a very obvious problem with my nose: it was excessively projected forward. At the same time, I began suffering from frequent and severe migraines. Faced with these complications, I contacted the surgeon and asked him to provide a solution. Acknowledging the issue, he agreed to perform a revision procedure under local anesthesia to remove part of the projection graft that he had inserted in excess. Despite this additional surgery and several trips back and forth — approximately four visits since my initial operation in Turkey — the result remained unchanged. Today, my nose is still abnormally over-projected and excessively rotated upward. This situation has become a daily nightmare. The aesthetic result is extremely difficult to live with and has had a profound impact on my quality of life. I also feel that the final result does not take into account the harmony of my facial features or my original expectations. My impression is that this surgeon applies the same aesthetic vision to all of his patients rather than tailoring the nose to each individual’s unique facial structure and characteristics. I believe this surgery has caused me significant harm. In order to correct the damage, I am now forced to seek treatment from a surgeon specializing in reconstructive rhinoplasty in my home country, at an estimated cost of €17,000. Between the €10,000 I already spent on this procedure and the additional €17,000 required for reconstruction, this experience has resulted in an enormous financial and emotional burden. I would also like to warn future patients: based on my personal experience, the results showcased on social media do not necessarily reflect the reality experienced by all patients. I deeply regret placing my trust in this surgeon and, based on my experience, I would not recommend him to anyone. I would also like to point out that a significant amount of cartilage was removed during the procedure. Since the surgery, I have experienced noticeable nostril collapse and pinching, particularly when breathing in. Concerned about this issue, I sent him photographs clearly showing the deformity. His response was to tell me that his own nostrils do the same thing when he inhales. I was extremely shocked by this response, which I perceived as a complete lack of concern for the complications I was experiencing and the legitimate worries I was raising. Rather than providing a proper explanation or offering a solution to this functional and aesthetic problem, I felt that my concerns were being dismissed and minimized.

I had nose surgery in March with Dr. Ahmet Alp , and honestly, my experience was truly amazing. He is very professional, and from the very first consultation, I felt comfortable and confident in him. He explained everything in a very clear and reassuring way, which made me trust him completely. After the surgery, I had no noticeable pain, no bruising or blue marks on my face, and almost no swelling. Even just an hour after the procedure, I was able to breathe very well through my nose, and my breathing felt clear and comfortable. I really like the result so far. There is still some swelling, which is normal and can take around six months to fully go away, but overall, I am very, very happy and satisfied with the outcome. I was worried about the result, but it turned out even better than I imagined. It’s exactly what I wanted. From the very first consultation until now, almost a year later, everything has been smooth and professional.
