Its been a few years since my skin tightening procedure and liposuction procedure. Overall the experience was amazing when it comes to the actual pick up drop off and hotel as well as the care. Unfortunately the procedure resulted in lopsided skin elasticity with a dent on one side. I followed all after care properly however I am not satisfied with the results. I was told that I needed to wait to fully appreciate the results but after a few years it has not resulted in the aesthetic I was looking for. I went in specifically for love handle reduction but the back was done in a sloppy manner. I also woke up from the procedure 3 hours later than expected and was only told in passing that the machine broke and they needed to bring in a new one. This makes me wonder how fast the back part of my love handles were focused on. I have had to pay for corrective procedures since and I am unfortunately not happy with how half of my body's skin is more elastic and lumpy than the other. I was really hoping for a better long lasting results.
I visited Dr. Ahmet Arif Eroğlu’s clinic because I was interested in Ultherapy only. However, the staff insisted that I had to see the doctor first, even though I repeatedly explained I didn’t want any other treatments. They were very pushy about the consultation, which cost €60. I don’t think I should have had to pay this since I was only asking for Ultherapy and nothing more.
During the consultation, the doctor recommended filler, which I wasn’t interested in. I asked to see before-and-after results of his previous filler patients—he only showed me one photo. When I asked for more examples, he claimed most patients never returned for follow-up pictures because they were satisfied. That raised concerns for me.
I then asked for Ultherapy before-and-after photos, and they never sent me anything. The clinic was also extremely hot—there was no air conditioning—and when I asked for water, they gave me warm tap water in a glass, not even in a sealed or plastic bottle.
What bothered me most was that the paper with the treatment recommendation written by the doctor was taken away, and they refused to let me keep it.
Overall, I felt misled and pressured. I paid €60 for a consultation I didn’t need, never received proper follow-up, and was left with a very unprofessional impression. I do not recommend this clinic.
Last year i was very excited to have vaserlipo, and gyno surgery. Unfortunately my abdominal region is lumpy and uneven a year later, and my gland tissue were never removed under the excuse that my "nipples were too small". While the staff was friendly, the result was not what i paid for. I'm very sad about this.
We had Vaser liposuction with very mixed results. He charged an extra €500 to remove fat from the nasolabial folds, but the “before” and “after” looked identical—except for my wallet being thinner. I felt scammed.
To make matters worse, he left my friend with a massive hematoma during his vaser liposuction, which was a very serious post-surgery complication. My friend also paid him another €1,600 for gynecomastia surgery, but the problem wasn’t fixed, and now he needs a second operation.
Polite version: His skills leave much to be desired.
Honest version: He is rude, incompetent, and treats his own staff poorly in front of patients.
I would never recommend him—unless you’re looking for a masterclass in how not to run a medical practice. The only nice thing was his staff, who were very kind and prompt in responding to messages. His wife, Nükhet, is also a much nicer person.
