I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, everything felt organized, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Ersin made me feel comfortable and confident about my decision, and I’m very happy with my results. My nurse, Berre, was truly incredible. She is not only very professional and skilled, but also so warm, patient, and compassionate. She checked on me constantly, made sure I was comfortable, and explained everything in a way that made me feel calm and reassured. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Having her by my side made such a big difference in my experience. And Hasna, my coordinator, was there every step of the way. She was always quick to reply, patient with all my questions, and so kind before and after the surgery. She truly helped make the whole process smooth and stress-free. I feel very thankful for such a supportive and dedicated team. They made this journey so much easier for me, and I will always appreciate the care and kindness they showed.

I had my surgery with Clinic Wise and Dr Ersin, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. From the very beginning, the entire team has been professional, kind, and incredibly supportive. Dr Ersin is extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. Even though I am still very early in my recovery and currently swollen, I can already see the care and precision in his work. The nursing team has been absolutely amazing. Every nurse has been attentive, gentle, and patient, making sure I was comfortable at all times. I want to give a special thank you to Nurse Aleyna Kaya, who has been exceptional — caring, calm, and always checking in to make sure I’m okay. She truly made a difference in my recovery experience. The aftercare has been top-notch. Any questions or concerns I’ve had have been addressed quickly, and I’ve felt fully supported throughout, which is so important during the post-op period. Overall, I feel very well looked after and confident that I chose the right clinic and surgeon. I’m excited to continue healing and see my final results. I would highly recommend Clinic Wise, Dr Ersin, and his wonderful team to anyone considering surgery.

I visited Dr Ersin for a breast reduction surgery. I was originally scheduled for surgery in April however, was unable to proceed due to complications and risk of blood clot. Whilst frustrating at the time, I am thankful the team prioritised health and wellbeing. I was rebooked for a month later, and had a smooth experience from there. The assistants including Eylül and Jannet were supportive and able to assist with any needs. Dr Ersin was professional and able to answer any questions that I had, which helped me to feel settled and assured throughout the process. The nurses in the hospital were kind and as gentle as can be in this scenario. The hotel and private transfers were of high standard - although may need to remind reception for the cleaners to come to the room. There are on-site nurses at the hotel who will come to check on you multiple times daily - also very kind and helpful to show you how to do your after care, and explaining how to maintain once I return home. I whilst I am only a week post-op, I am so far very pleased with the results and look forward to full recovery.

Dr. Gönüllü is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident and reassured throughout the entire process. The entire team deserves recognition as well. Every member of staff was warm, kind, and attentive, creating such a welcoming atmosphere that I genuinely felt at home. Their compassion, patience, and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and well supported. Although I’m still early in my recovery, I’m already impressed with the care I’ve received and the attention to detail shown by Dr. Gönüllü and his team.
