I traveled to Dr. Surmeli from the NJ/NY area for a breast revision with implants after a previous reduction and lift 2.5 yrs ago left me with too much tissue removed, deep scarring, and bottoming out. I wasn’t going to rush the decision this time, so I consulted with multiple surgeons across NYC, Columbia, and Istanbul — almost all of which were highly recommended to me by close friends who were local in each city.
Dr. Surmeli stood out immediately. His virtual consultation was thorough and unrushed, and he understood both the medical and aesthetic sides of my case. His depth of knowledge went beyond every other doctor I spoke with, and he took the time to give me clear explanations that made it easy for me to understand the complexities, risks, and expected outcomes for my revision.
I’m absolutely positive that anyone who meets Dr. Surmeli will love him — not only for his obvious medical knowledge (he is incredibly smart!!) but for how kind, warm, attentive, trustworthy, patient, and transparent he is with his patients.

I had surgery with Dr Sürmeli in March 2026 and I genuinely cannot recommend him enough!
From the very first consultation he was so detailed, logical and methodical - I needed a degree of reconstruction alongside my augmentation, and from the moment he walked me through his approach I just knew he was the right doctor to achieve exactly the look I wanted. And he delivered exactly that.
Throughout the whole process I felt completely at ease. The aftercare was immaculate - his team are absolutely wonderful and checked in on me so consistently, which made such a difference during recovery. If you are looking for the best aesthetic procedures, Dr. Mehmet Surmeli is worth the travel! I flew all the way from Las Vegas to Istanbul for a combo septorhinoplasty and breast augmentation, and the experience was flawless. Dr. Surmeli is a highly professional, skillful, knowledgeable, and compassionate surgeon. He is a true perfectionist who gives you his full attention, starting with a thorough 90-minute initial consultation. It has only been one week since my surgery, and the early results are already unbelievable and beyond my expectationS. His assistant nurse, Cansu, was also incredible. She was in constant touch with me pre- and post-surgery, guiding me professionally through the whole journey. I am extremely satisfied and my only regret is not knowing Dr. Surmeli sooner!
