I had dental scaling, cavity treatment, implants, and porcelain veneers done at OPC Clinic. The entire process was very professional from start to finish. Ms. Ayşegül was very attentive and closely followed my appointments. Ms. Ezgi performed the surgical phase of the implant; she was very clear and meticulous at every stage. Ms. Damla, who performed all other procedures, was both very meticulous and truly successful in her work. The cleanliness, organization, communication, and team harmony of the clinic were also very impressive. Because I travel frequently, they were able to organize the appointment and treatment schedule according to my needs so that the treatment process would not be disrupted. Thanks to this, I completed the entire process without any interruptions, and I would like to thank Ms. Damla again here for this. Four tooth extractions, five implant placements, and my implant-supported prostheses were successfully completed with meticulous trials. My dental cleaning was also carried out with great care. The information provided throughout the treatment process was extremely clear and accurate. I had heard a lot of negative things from people around me about tooth extraction and implant procedures, so I was hesitant. After researching many places, I chose OPC Clinic, and I'm so glad I did. During my treatment, Dr. Ezgi Yüceer Çetiner was extremely kind, polite, and informative. She provided excellent information at every stage. I can't remember her assistant's name, but she was also very attentive. The clinic owner, Mr. Batuhan, personally handled my dental fillings. He had a gentle touch, a calm and reassuring approach. Ms. Ayşegül constantly messaged me throughout the appointments and treatment process, asking about my condition, providing information, and even calling me personally to check on me. This approach was truly invaluable. Ms. Aslı was also always smiling and helpful. Tooth extractions, root canals, fillings, and implants were performed. I experienced almost no pain, and there was no swelling. I was able to eat my dinner when I got home that same evening. The clinic is located on Şemsettin Günaltan Street, making it very easy to access. I am currently in the recovery process, and the infrastructure work will be completed in approximately three months. I will update my review once that process is finished. It was truly wonderful to have such a comfortable and smooth treatment process. Thank you to the entire team for their care and effort.
