Bad experience, I have trauma there for implant

Despite the X-ray being covered by health insurance, they demanded a hefty **600 TL** from me to take a photo of the X-ray on the screen with my own phone! They are trying to turn this into a commercial racket, violating my right to free access to my medical data, as required by Patient Rights and the Personal Data Protection Law. After I reminded them of my legal rights and spoke up, they called me and then reduced the price to **400 TL** over the phone. This isn't a healthcare institution; it's a place desperately trying to make unfair profits. Following my objections, their owner, Mr. Volkan, called me to his clinic for a 'meeting,' supposedly to quell the situation and intimidate me. I am going to that clinic in person tomorrow. Let's see if they can defend that unjustly high price they demanded over the phone, disregarding the law, to my face. I will not let this go; I don't want anyone else to become a victim of this business!

Spotlessly clean, easy access, and a warm welcome. Dr. Volkan Bey is very successful in listening to patients, putting them at ease, and in his practice. He provides comfort to patients using appropriate and necessary methods without a commercial perspective. Thanks to Mr. Volkan and his team. I'm leaving happy after a long treatment.

I went with low expectations because it's very close to my workplace. We had 7 fillings and a teeth cleaning done. My dentist was Merve Hanım, and I was very satisfied with both the procedures and her. They are wonderful people. Even when I ask unnecessary questions, she doesn't hesitate to provide detailed information and explanations. Their pricing is close to the market average, but definitely not above it. The clinic doesn't pressure you about payment; you can pay during the treatment. I highly recommend them.

At Pırlanta Oral and Dental Health Clinic, Professor Volkan gave my teeth a complete makeover! 8 implants, over 10 extractions, 5 root canals, and a zirconium crown on top… I wouldn’t have been surprised if he had chosen civil engineering instead of dentistry. Luckily, he handled everything skillfully, and I can now smile comfortably with my mouth that looked like a construction site! During each procedure, he both boosted my morale with his jokes and even gave me a warning like, "There’s one tooth left, we’ll pull that one out too!" The result: My teeth are Hollywood-style, and my smile is exactly Professor Volkan's work!
