Hello everyone, I would like you to know that I wrote this comment with all my sincerity. Unfortunately, my Turkish was not good since I have been living in America for years, but this was the most wonderful experience I have ever had. I had implant treatment at Ritim Dental Clinic. All the staff were friendly and helpful in every way. They were very interested and explained every stage very clearly and continued my procedures. Thank you very muchhhh

I absolutely do not recommend this place. We agreed on December 24, 2014, for implants and two fillings. Because it was the end of the year, they asked me to pay the full amount to avoid any price difference. Trusting them, I paid the full amount. After the examination, the doctor said it could be two or three fillings. I paid for three fillings and left. According to the agreement, they said if it was two fillings, they would refund the price of one. After my fillings were done, I left and the consultant there said they would refund the price of one filling. I said no problem, I wasn't in a hurry, you can refund it when the procedures were finished. When I asked for a refund after the procedures were finished (a different consultant with glasses came), the other consultant, who was married and claimed to be the owner, denied that such a thing had happened and refused to refund my money, saying that I had received three fillings. There's a person who greets you there claiming to be the owner. I told them to call their previous consultant and have them explain the situation; it's impossible for them not to know, they were always there. They're bluffing, they're treating people like fools, shame on them. They said they couldn't call because the former consultant got married. I told them there's a camera right above the consultants recording audio and video, and asked them to turn on the camera recordings, but they said they couldn't. I insisted on calling the consultant, and the person who called was a man who greeted the clients, asked his own questions, and hung up. 1,750 TL won't make anyone rich or poor, but may it be cursed and حرام zıkkım (forbidden and cursed). This is a place where the doctors and assistants are constantly changing. They tried to convince me, someone who experienced this situation, of a treatment that wasn't physically performed. I have all the documents and audio recordings; I will take this company to court if necessary. They can buy animal food with that money of mine :). They call you for an appointment on any day, and when I say I'll arrange something and call you back within 30 minutes, they respond with an arrogant attitude, saying they've already booked someone else's appointment. I would never recommend them.

From my first call, I was greeted by a very attentive and friendly team. Their patience in answering all my questions throughout the process gave me confidence. They are highly professional in the implant treatment I was researching for myself and my brother, and they explained every stage in detail, alleviating my concerns. Furthermore, their suggestions for smile design exceeded my expectations. It's a clean, modern clinic that prioritizes patient satisfaction. Thank you again.

I went to Ritim Dental Clinic for implant, filling, and veneer treatments. The attention, care, and most importantly, the quality of the work from start to finish were excellent. I was very satisfied. I would like to thank both the doctors and all the clinic staff for this comfortable and high-quality process. They definitely deserve 5 stars.
