I started treatment in this clinic. The staff and doctors are very nice and professional in every aspect. I felt that I was constantly surrounded by care. You could almost feel a homely atmosphere. My caregiver Mounya took care of every detail. Everything was always arranged without a hitch. Her commitment and professionalism were visible at every step. If someone wants to have a beautiful smile and at the same time go through it feeling safe and surrounded by such wonderful people, I 100% recommend this clinic. They are the best!!!! 😊

Getting treatment from Serem Clinic was a big mistake. The treatment I received was appalling. They over shaved my bottom molars leaving them hypersensitive and causing nerve damage and the need for emergency dental treatment. They made a treatment plan then changed it when I arrived. Added extra costs that were part of treatment plan. Fitted a substandard all on six which had gaps, food traps, did not look realistic at the back, had artificial gum on it which was still white and extremely bad in many other ways. This clinic should not have a health tourism certificate as the standard of treatment is terrible. I have initiated cash back on card payment, will be starting a medical malpractice claim and reporting them to the Turkish Health ministry. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had dental implants placed at Serem Polyclinic in Istanbul and I am very satisfied with the result. I would especially like to highlight the excellent work of coordinator Azizа — he was always in touch, helped with organizational matters, and supported me at every stage of the treatment. Thanks to him, everything went smoothly and comfortably. I would also like to express my gratitude to Dr. Murat for his high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and quality work. The doctor thoroughly explained the treatment plan, answered all my questions, and performed the procedure at the highest level. Thank you to the entire clinic team for their care and outstanding service! I highly recommend them.

If you value your well-being and your money, I strongly advise avoiding this clinic. The quality of service is extremely poor, and their advertising is misleading. They do not follow legal payment procedures—insisting on cash or IBAN transfers only. The doctor, Vedat G****, was unprofessional, both socially and technically. They promised a quality guarantee for the zirconium treatment I received, but once I paid, they completely denied offering any such guarantee. Within just three months, two of the zirconium crowns fell off, and they demanded additional payment for repairs. I had to call the police to stop them from charging me again. Although the charges were dropped after police intervention, the damage to my trust was done. I am now pursuing legal action to seek justice and protect others from experiencing the same.
