This review is primarily intended for international patients considering dental treatment in Istanbul. I traveled from the United States and chose Smile Group after reviewing my options. From the initial consultation onward, the team communicated clearly and transparently, ensuring that I understood every stage of the treatment process. Although I did not compare prices extensively, Smile Group may not be the least expensive option available. However, when it comes to dental care, quality, safety, and expertise are far more important than simply choosing the lowest price. The clinic is conveniently located in central Istanbul and is equipped with modern, state-of-the-art technology. The treatment was challenging and uncomfortable at times, and I was not always the most patient person during the process. Nevertheless, the entire team remained calm, understanding, and highly professional. Their priority was consistently to ensure that I felt supported and was completely satisfied with the final outcome. The results exceeded my expectations. My new smile looks natural, balanced, and carefully designed—not artificial or exaggerated. For anyone traveling from abroad and looking for professional care, advanced technology, clear communication, and natural-looking results, I would confidently recommend Smile Group. I highly recommend Smilegroup clinic and Dr Yasin if you need dental work. I came desperate from New York with lots of issues and problems. I was told to remove all my teeth and put implants 6 or 8 but Dr Yasin saved all my teeth here. Dr Yasin put implants on only few missing empty spots and zirconia crowns. Dr explained each and every step before I flew down here and after. My teeth look pretty I am so happy. While undergoing procedures I visited best spots in Istanbul. Highly recommend Smilegroup clinic. I’ll be back soon for my check up.

I decided to come to this clinic after some research online, and it didn’t disappoint :) very friendly staff and professional dentists. Even though the staff mostly don’t speak English, they try to communicate with Google Translate, gestures, and send English messages on WhatsApp for follow-up and confirmation to accommodate, which is highly appreciated. Dr. Arda Öztan speaks perfect English and is very very patient, gentle, and of course professional throughout my implant treatment from complicated extraction to implantation. He didn’t rush the process and remains very professionally cautious and responsible. Pricing is clear and reasonable, too. It’s just it seems that the machine doesn’t accept my international credit card, so payment is a bit of a hustle. I hope this could be fixed soon. But other than that, great experience so far.

From the second you walk in, you feel very welcomed. Dr. Ossama and his team were very professional and the fact that they spoke English made communication much easier. I had my tooth removed and the extraction was smooth. I highly recommend Smile Group.

I have been there couple times and there is Amazing Every year I come from US and get service from this clinic. They very professional customer service. Friendly staff and caring Doctors. They know what you exactly want and take care of patients best. Waiting time is very low and cost is completely fair. Front desk are very helpful and friendly.
