This is a clinic we've trusted as a family for years. Dr. Meryem is a doctor who is extremely meticulous in her work, friendly, and truly values ​​her patients. Her detailed explanations of every stage of the treatment process and her reassuring approach make you forget even your fear of the dentist. I wholeheartedly recommend her for her cleanliness, attentiveness, and professionalism. Thank you so much for your hard work and the trust you've given us over the years.

Unfortunately, we did not receive the professionalism we expected at this clinic, which we visited on recommendation. When I inquired about onlay options during the treatment planning, I was initially brushed off. No clear information was given regarding prices; we assumed everything was included because we were only told the onlay cost 18,000 TL. However, later, separate and surprising payments emerged: a procedure fee of 1400 TL, an measurement fee of 10,000 TL, and the onlay fee of 18,000 TL. Because we asked the questions we were entitled to, they said they wanted to cancel the treatment. Their reason was, "Dr. Meryem doesn't want to perform the treatment." When I called her, she responded to my questions mockingly with a "ha ha," and her tone greatly disturbed and even frightened me. Because of this process, and my concern that the doctor's attitude might have led to an intentional or incomplete procedure, I refused treatment. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Ulusoydent Oral & Dental Health Clinic team. Throughout the process, I experienced both a professional and highly attentive approach. The detailed information provided before treatment and the meticulousness during the procedure were truly reassuring. Thanks to the hygiene, friendly demeanor, and emphasis on patient satisfaction, I felt very comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone hesitant about dental treatment. I'm still using my zirconium teeth, which I had done in 2021, as if they were brand new. I've never met a doctor as understanding, kind, and humble as Meryem Hanım. Perhaps that's why Meryem Hanım has started to win everyone's hearts in Istanbul. I'm making this comment sincerely and honestly. Finding such a caring and professional dental clinic in Istanbul is truly difficult. The doctors are experienced, the team is very warm and friendly, and the clinic is extremely clean. The treatment process went much more smoothly than we expected. From now on, this will be our only address for dental care as a family.
