The Surgery & Medical Team (5/5) I am incredibly happy with my surgery results! Everything went smoothly, and my nose looks fantastic. The clinic itself is very nice and clean. If I were rating just the surgical outcome and the daytime medical care, it would easily be 5 stars. The Overnight Clinic Stay (2/5) After my surgery, I was given the option to stay overnight, but I ended up having to leave because I just couldn't do it. The AC in my room was completely broken, and it wouldn't even turn on. I asked the staff all day to adjust the temperature, and they kept promising they would. It wasn't until the shift change that a nurse finally told me the truth: it was a central AC system, and they couldn't adjust individual rooms. The common areas were perfectly cool, but my room was unbearable. The Accommodations / Hotel (1/5) The hotel portion of the stay was very disappointing, especially for post-op recovery: The Ice Issue: For this surgery, continuous icing is highly recommended to reduce swelling and inflammation. However, the hotel does not have an ice machine. Trying to get ice from the staff was an absolute hassle, and by the time it was finally delivered, most of it had already melted. Food Restrictions: The hotel is quite outdated, and they strictly do not allow you to order delivery or outside food. You are forced to either pay for their room service or physically go out to eat, which is the last thing you want to do right after surgery.

Thanks to Dr. Guray’s precise technique and the excellent aftercare instructions provided by the hospital nurses, discomfort was minimal, and the swelling was very manageable. If you are considering a rhinoplasty, Dr. Guray and Vanity Hospital is a smart choice. They truly provide a luxury, worry-free medical experience.
