I’ve been seeing Dr. Omer for the past three years for my dental implant treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I even travel all the way from Texas, USA to Istanbul to continue my care with Dr. Umar—that’s how much I trust him. He’s an amazing doctor: highly professional, skilled, and offers very fair pricing. I’ve confidently recommended him to friends and family, especially for dental implants. This is a great clinic and my All-On-Six implant supported dentures are perfect! Excellent prices and everyone is professional and personable! Having their own lab on site that sculpts the new teeth is a plus unlike other clinics that have to outsource a lab. They really take the time to get the fit just right. I couldn't be more pleased.

I have to say this office is the best dental care especially for foreign customers. Unfortunately when I wanted to do my full dental work few years back, I used well known and advertised facility and the services they provide is more about impressions and transportation etc Vs actual dental work. While you were there they were trying to oversell you other services and dental work. Here the focus is on the customer, they don’t waste your time, they provide excellent quality products (my case German implant) with the fraction of cost others charge. Again the focus is on quality and personal care. If you wish them to take care of your accommodation and transport, they will do that to. I strongly recommend this office over other dental providers in Istanbul. Their equipments are the state of the art and their doctors friendly and knowledgable.

I had a really positive experience with my clear aligner orthodontic treatment. Overall, the process was smoother than I expected, and I’m very happy with the final outcome. The aligners were comfortable, discreet, and easy to incorporate into my daily routine. The treatment plan was well-structured, and I could see consistent progress throughout the different stages, which gave me confidence in the approach. There were a few issues along the way, but they were handled professionally and corrected with care and patience by the team, which I really appreciated. A special thanks to Hashem for his support and for organizing and coordinating the treatment plan so effectively. I also had a great experience with Dr. Müge Betül Özdemir, whose warm communication made a big difference. She ensured a smooth and comfortable process during the placement of the fixed retainers, which was done with great attention and precision. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be communication. At one point, I was very close to missing an important step in the treatment process due to a lack of clear emphasis. More proactive follow-up and clearer guidance at critical stages would make the experience even better. Overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic to others. They have effective and convenient orthodontic solutions, supported by a professional and dedicated team.

Excellent service as usual, this is the second time I’ve received treatment from this dentist. Would highly recommend for any treatment! Communication is rapid from start to finish with consultation and pricing given before my flight was booked! Really happy with the service once again.
