I lost my glasses and texted this hospital to do an eye check and get a prescription for lenses. They had a slot available within an hour. The service was welcoming and professional, they assigned a guy to me who spoke excellent English and he translated and explained everything and even went to the nearest optician with me. The price was very affordable. I can't recommend this place enough.

Yesterday, I visited Dr. Riza Duaci for a check-up regarding my eye problem. I am pleased to say that I am very satisfied with both his treatment and professionalism. Moreover, all the staff members, from the receptionist to the optometrist, were kind, responsible, helpful, and patient. I would like to express my gratitude to each of them and highly recommend this place to anyone in need of ophthalmology services.

I'm very satisfied with Dr. Ahmet's performance . My operation was successful and after care was timely. I highly recommend him for your eye care needs.

My mother has been a patient at your hospital for years. However, the recent experience with Dr. Ahmet has unfortunately been a great disappointment. We paid all the necessary fees for the examination, the posterior eye X-ray, and other procedures. Despite this, we felt that there was insufficient communication with the patient during the examination. The eye drops prescribed three days prior were not remembered; it was only noticed when we mentioned we were using them. The most upsetting aspect was the surgical procedure. Before being directed to discuss the cost, Dr. Ahmet did not adequately inform us about why the surgery was necessary, whether there were other treatment options, or what the process would be. We were naturally surprised when we were first presented with a price of 110,000 TL. When we raised this issue, we spoke with him again, but again, insufficient explanation was provided. He simply said, "Whether you are here or elsewhere, this surgery is mandatory." However, during the examination three days prior, no such clear necessity was mentioned. Today, a different assessment was made at Pendik Training and Research Hospital. Laser treatment was recommended and performed before the surgery. The doctors stated that if this treatment is successful, surgery may not be necessary. Each patient's situation can be assessed differently. However, we would have expected at least a clear explanation of the process, eye contact with the patient, and an explanation of the treatment options. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of our expectations.

Last Saturday, we brought my mother, who is ill and in a wheelchair, to Dr. Ertuğrul. He was very attentive and diagnosed a tear in her eye, stating that surgery was necessary, but they lacked the necessary equipment and suggested we refer her to their Ataşehir branch. We agreed. The secretary called her over, saying, "Contact the hospital, arrange an appointment with the professors, get information about when the equipment is available, and inform our patient." But no one has called or followed up. It's complete indifference. Is this how you treat your patients? Especially since we arrived in a wheelchair with great difficulty. I'm grateful to the doctor; he was very attentive, but the staff hasn't called in a week. I'm also busy with work and unfortunately forgot to call. Honestly, I'm not happy at all. I brought my father because he wanted to see him. They take the money easily, but there's no follow-up, care, or monitoring. I would never go again, or would I recommend him? It's highly unlikely. I gave one star because of the doctor.
