Op.Dr.Erdem Ergen performed surgery on both my eyes. He fitted me with the highest quality Alcon Clareon Panoptix Toric IOL lenses to correct the severe astigmatism I have had since childhood. I am extremely satisfied! I feel like a new person! I am 55 years old man and have been wearing glasses since I was 7 years old. It is incredible that I can see perfectly at any distance without glasses now! I was greeted, accompanied and sent off incredibly politely from the very beginning until my departure. Everyone's attitude is personal and kind! Everyone at the clinic is extremely competent in their duties! I came all the way from Belgium to get my eyesight fixed. From the information I received before coming to Turkey, to the follow‑up appointment, everything went extremely smoothly. The transfer from the hotel was very well organised, from pick‑up to drop‑off. The person who guided me through every test and consultation at the clinic was Yiğit. He made sure I understood everything and accompanied me from one place to another, explaining all the tests and each step before the surgery. He made me feel that I was in good hands. Dr. Kemal Gültekin is a great surgeon. He recommended the SMILE procedure and explained the process step by step, even during the surgery. The day after the surgery, I returned for a follow‑up appointment and could already see clearly. Kudos to the whole team!

My wife and I had IOL surgery with Dr. Mehmet Orcun, and the experience was exceptional. Both of us are very fortunate to have it with him who is an excellent professional, amicable, respectful and honest. He speaks English enough to establish a good consultation and communication. I had Femto-LASIK eye surgery on the 25th of December with Dr. Kemal Gültekin, and the experience was excellent. The surgery was completely painless. He explained everything in detail and took the time to answer every question and concern I had. Before and even during the procedure, he kept informing me of each step, which really helped keep me calm and at ease. The entire surgery took only about 5–10 minutes. For anyone considering eye surgery, I highly recommend Veni Vidi Göz and Dr. Kemal Gültekin.

They are making excuses to not accepting your insurance. Even they are not informing you before visiting doctors and then asking for money. Specially foreigners paying attention to not get into their traps. As a foreigner with long SGK and completely insurance, they ignored my papers and kept my ID for payment without informing me in advance about amount and condition of my visit fees
