I had an All-on-6 procedure (upper and lower) at this clinic and the result is excellent. Dr. Onur Erdem Erdur did an outstanding job placing the implants, and Dr. Mouz is a true professional with great skills and a sense of humor that makes you feel relaxed. Amazing staff and dentists They're very welcoming and Make feel at home. Special shout out to Steve A.K.A Fayyad, he's very helpful the second you get to the airport in Istanbul and until he drops you off back at the airport. He will do his best to make you feel safe an comfortable. Parala Clinic seems to be one of the best Dental Clinics and a lot of foreigners visit it. They're work is excellent and they treat you with the utmost respect and make sure your comfortable and happy with the end results. Very professional doctors and staff. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality dental work. Not to mention they have their own in house lab highly recommend.

I am from uk, I don’t normally leave reviews this time I have to, so future customers will no how Parla clinic deal with there customers and there after care. You pay good money and expect good work and good crowns so they last, they use cheap crowns and don’t last even for 1 year. I did my upper and lower implants and new crowns last year from Parla clinic. Everything was fine at first then within 5 months my upper crowns got loose I contacted the clinic which told me I have to travel back to Turkey and pay for all my travel and hotel expenses myself, also I was told to get a X-ray done of my implants in uk and send to them, which I had to pay for in uk for £300,which I thought was so unfair. I had to agree I was left with no choice so I traveled back on my own expenses to Turkey, went to the clinic were they took no responsibility, they tried to tighten the crowns and they broke so then I had to wait in turkey for 7 days were I had to pay for the hotel, Parla clinic took no responsibility basically just ignoring what I was saying that they should take some responsibility of there work. So now this year in May my lower crown actually broke which I felt so disappointed I contacted Parla clinic again and again they took no responsibility and told me I have to pay for all travel costs again for them to replace the crowns, I was shocked with there after care, they take no responsibility for there work they have done on my crowns & implants and just said you have to again pay for your hotel & flight costs for them to repair them. This time I went to a clinic in uk for the replacement crown were they did a excellent job, I just think it’s so unfair were I have to pay extra money to another dental clinic to repair Parla clinics cheap work. It just shocks me there aftercare is appalling, they take your money and basically say it’s not there responsibility or guarantee for any of there work they do. I would advise any customers not to use Parla clinics because of the cheap crowns they use, once they get paid they don’t care.

Absolutely amazing clinic amazing staff from the receptionists to the nurses and amazing dentist explaining everything he was going to do to me.and what an amazing person Robin was kept me upto date made all my appointments tex me to see how i was doing cant recommended the clinic enough cant wait to go and get my new forever teeth in 6mts time thank you all so very much just Had my second visit Robin i cant thank you enough if it wasnt for you reassuring me with all the questions i have asked i dont think id of made it but im so happy that i did im in love with my beautiful teeth Parla Clinic i will deffinatly and highly reccomend you . From the start to finish, the whole process was quite smooth. My accommodation was organised by Parla Clinic , it was comfortable and adequate for the circumstances, which , for me, were mostly I wanted to sleep . The staff were very professional and supportive; this was never going to be a fun experience but they certainly made it as comfortable as possible . Robin , my personal assistant , assigned to make everything run smoothly , arranging my appointments , accommodation , transport and anything else I needed, was absolutely fantastic ; keeping me updated and informed at all times . I can certainly recommend Parla Clinic , with confidence .
