Dear dr Tatli, do you have any experience with pandas/pans patients? I have 2 kids 4 yo and 6 yo, who had been sick for 1 year and a half. It's a confirmed pandas case. They are verbal. The only issue is that they now act like a person with Alzheimers. They regressed and have high dopamine antibodies and high tubulin. Do you offer 2 gram/kg ivig infusions?

My child has had drug-resistant epilepsy since the age of 2.5 and is now 14 years old. During this time, we consulted many doctors in Diyarbakır, Ankara, Bursa, İzmir, and Istanbul, and followed a ketogenic diet for about 3 years. However, despite all our efforts, his seizures could not be controlled. Finally, we consulted Prof. Dr. Burak. He re-evaluated the treatment and started him on a new medication from abroad. Although the initial period was difficult, thanks to his patient dosage adjustments, our treatment progressed positively. Our EEG results are also better.
