Prof. Dr. Deniz Duman Muayenehanesi

This was one of the best experiences I've had with a doctor anywhere in the world. I dread going to the doctor anxiously for weeks beforehand, but Dr. Duman and her staff made it just about as stress-free and pleasant as possible. I have never received such personal care and time with a doctor; her facilities are immaculate, homey and welcoming, and her staff are professionals who make you feel at ease. She speaks excellent English as well. Very much worth it and highly recommended.

I had an appointment ~1 month ago, after reading the positive reviews I thought I was in good hands. I had all my hopes tied into this doctor as Im a foreigner and unable to seek treatment in my country. The doctor perscribed me a perscription free drug upon my consultation and as I come from a family with many doctors I immidietaly questioned this as the medication provides quick relief but causes the bowels to become dependent. She insisted this was fine and since I had payed and was really in need of help I decided to trust her, Initially the treatment went well and I expressed this during my follow up less than a week after the first appointment. Unfortunately less than 2-3 weeks later the medication stopped working and I contacted the doctor and she suggested increasing the dosage, I then confronted the doctor as logically if a certain dosage stopped working then the increased dosage would do the same a few weeks later....She then stopped replying to my messages and left me in a worse condition than when I contacted her the first time. This time as a foreign student with a health issue in a country where I dont speak the language. I travelled back to my country for something unrelated and managed to get a consultation by the gastro at my local university hospital where they confirmed that the treatment recommended by Dr.Deniz even though it works initially indeed made it worse in the long run and as I am in the middle of a semester in university and have no time to go through the process in my country I am now stranded with a health condition and will probably need to seek treatment elsewhere. So my experience was this, 7000tl consultation fee to recieve a perscription free medication indicated for a short term condition when I expressed I had dealt with my problem a little less than one year, then my doctor stopped replying to me when I politely questioned her treatment plan thus leaving me even more sick. If you cannot treat me, tell me about it BUT to harm me even more? Just so unethical for someone with the title "professor" If you claim that I am lying then I have screenshots of our chat and witnesses to what happened aswell as medical records that she hopefully did not mess with. Be aware everyone

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Deniz Duman. She was kind, patient, and really took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable talking with her, and she explained everything clearly. She is also very professional and caring in her approach. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend her.

Deniz duman. Three words. Percision, knowledge and empathy. The ethitcs with which she works is one of a kind. Her interpersonal relationship with the patient does wonders. She is simply an amazing doctor and a beautiful person inside and out. Her use of advanced technology to diagnose and treat illnesses is top notch. Her patience and focus is noteworthy.
